Bad very horrible experience I know Burger King not the Same anymore but this Burger King needs to be closed immediately very poor customer service the food never fresh but i am writing this review because last night I received fries with rat poop in the bottom of my fry box smh went back in to let them know and Spanish manager was so rude so Monday 12/22/2025 I will be calling the health department I tried not to take it this far because I understand that pest control in Florida can be bad at times

Not sure when 30 minute ticket times became ok for 5 whoppers. Especially when not that busy. Staff was fine. Execution needs some attention.

Got 2 meals and 2 happy meal to go.
When got home the didn't put the sandwiches on happy meals. Kids started crying.
Pay more attention. The place was empty of clients and they couldn't make this easy job correctly.
Sat at the drive thru order screen for 10 minutes with no one once saying anything. Went to the windows and still wasn't seen. Yet I can see workers inside.

Today October 22nd 2025. The food service and the chefs behind the counter brought me here to let yall know it was good. Ordered the monster menu. Devoured like a monster. My friend ate a Texas whopper and said “call a crane to pick us up”. Burger just taste like royalty again.

I went to this location around 6:00am on Monday and I placed my order through the drive thru and when I went up to the window there was the worker who I saw his name tag that said Luiz and he was very nice and very welcoming and made sure my order was fresh and also made sure everything was in the bag and that my coffee was perfect so just from that I enjoyed going there at 6:00am because I've been to that location before and I would always have missing items so I'm glad there was a worker that actually cares for the customers. So thank you Luiz for making my morning great by making sure my food was all there and everything being fresh! I will always go there if Luiz is working!!!!
