For some reason, the Burger King here and on silver star are run like absolute trash. After waiting at the first window with nobody in sight, I pulled up to the second window and hand the guy my card while he hands me the drink, and a voice from nowhere goes, “I didn’t cash him out yet.” So he says, “ oh can you reverse to the first window. My jaw dropped. If I was getting food for myself I would’ve offroaded over the median and disappeared from that nonsense because it’s 2025, but because it was damn cheesy tots for my wife, I put my ego and all sense away, and reversed to a STILL EMPTY WINDOW. Left there immediately, and never going to either of these BKs again. Close these down and put something someone wants to work at.

I guess nobody wants to work these days. Today’s generation is so damn lazy! Why have business hours that say you open at 5:30 in the morning if you’re not gonna be open until much after that? I was there close to 6:30 in the morning and they were still closed. Lights were off in the dining area, but you could see the kitchen lights were the only ones on.
The screen at the drive-through was turned off and after talking to myself at the speaker with no one answering, I drove around and parked my car. I went and started knocking on the door, hoping somebody would open so I could order food and nobody came to the door.
Hell, you need to fire these people and hire me because I promise you I would have your food in and out in a jiffy and I would make sure it was done right! Anytime I go there and they are open during the daytime, they always mess up my food order so I have to go take it back. Forget these people you can find better service elsewhere!

The service was incredibly above the typical fast food restaurant level of service. The employees were bright, cheery and very helpful (as opposed to the standard hate-my-job attitude at most fast food restaurants). The food was subpar. I don’t recommend. Eat healthier.

Yesterday my order took more than 40 minutes and they forgot to give me my chicken tenders and my whopper. Well it took another 15 minutes to bring me the whopper and i just realized they gave me plain bread and me at nothing else. So disappointed. I told them to forget about the chicken cause i was not about to loose20 miniteskore waiting.

The drive through make you wait at the first window after you pay your money, for what reason I can’t understand. They will call you to the second window when your food is ready. I can’t understand how you are running a drive through like that. I stayed at the first window for over 15 minutes before I was called to to the second window. Just close this shit down immediately
