Charleys Cheesesteaks

Not a bad crew. They were respectful. I felt like they were a bit stingy with the ranch and ketchup. The ranch cup was barely full and they gave us 3 of em for 2 meals instead of 4. But the worst part was my boneless lemon pepper. Way too much grease. It was terrible. The chicken was cooked for too long it was just gross. Whoever was cooking today needs to stop doing that

Samantha at this location went above and beyond with her service! Both ladies working were kind efficient and the restaurant was impeccably clean as well as the restroom! The food was hot and fresh we will be back! thank you for such a great experience!

Putting fries straight into a styrofoam container is disgusting and unsanitary. 7 holes in my container from melted styrofoam touching the fries... Also why does my Chicken California have more ranch than chicken...

I ordered a cheese steak sandwich and asked for some hot sauce. I was told the hot sauce would be 85 cents. Hot sauce is free at every other Charley's. You can get hot sauce at Wawa for free. You should be allowed some hot sauce with the purchase of your sandwich. This place is ridiculous.

It was my first time experience from Charley’s Cheesesteaks. I was so satisfied by super delicious sandwich and the best potato fries I’ve ever had. Also, their staff was so kind and friendly. I will be coming back for sure. Highly recommend it!

Today's experience was special. I was captivated by the excellence of the Philly cheesesteak. And the French fries were perfect, incomparable to any other place. I highly recommend it.

I love coming to this charley's cheesesteaks in the West Oak Mall. Whenever I come there there's 2 people who make my food the best. Mike and Demetri, they are the best. No matter what I need to add into the food, no matter how much veggies I need my food always come out perfect with a smile.

I hope I don't get sick, the steak was rotten. I know power was lost, but I can't believe they kept it, and then sold it to me. If I get sick, there will be a lawsuit

Last week, I attempted to use the ordering kiosk. There was an issue with the system. It had ended up not processing my order, but unfortunately charging my card.

Mike and Sean, you guys are the best!

Today, they resolved our issue. Even though it was a tricky situation, both of them were extremely kind, patient, and helpful.

The menu I chose today was PHILLY CHEESESTEAK, the seasonal kentucky bourbon , and strawberry lemonade.The bread was cooked just right and the amount of meat was generous, making it a satisfying meal. French fries are also well fried. Above all, I hope you try this drink. It's refreshing but not too sweet.The staff were also friendly.Next time, I plan to order the chicken menu.

Delicious! Fresh and quality food! Different types of tasty meats with different seasoning options and served on bread! Excellent service! Very attentive and kind. Whenever I need to go to the DMV, I take the opportunity to stop by!
