“Mia is amazing! She's so friendly, welcoming and customer service is always top tier. She’s why I love coming to this location! I’m literally so sad when she’s not here lol. And I’m always donating to the tip jar for her. 5 star employee, for sure. 🩷“

“This place is such a hidden gem. It’s a really chill cafe, they sell small potted plants, incredible pastries, milk teas and lattes. I gift treats to my clients from here sometimes and it’s always a hit. The spicy cheese cookies are fantastic in tomato soup or crushed over salad, or air fried with Parmesan. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, eager to answer questions and offer samples. Really great business, really great team. 10/10 Don’t forget to draw or write on a post it and pin it up in the hallway“

“I came to this store and I bought a cookie from them! Suuuch a cute store and such a cute yummy cookie!! Abby helped me pick out a cookie (so many choices) and she was so sweet and funny! I will definitely be going back to talk to her 😋“

“I take my kids every Saturday to cold stone and I am always amazed at the service and staff these young ladies provide every week. They are kind and quick. It was only a matter of time I would recognize and appreciate their work! Thank you cold stone! See you next week!“

“I walked into cold stone today alittle down, but as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly worker who ask how I was doing today that really lifted my spirits. I wasn't sure what I wanted but he asked if I wanted to sample anything and answered all my questions, I ordered the strawberry blonde with extra strawberries and whip cream. Gab made my experience a pleasant one. Great conversation, excellent customer service, great personality. Thank you Gab for putting a smile on my face. You are amazing 10/10“
