Staff is incredibly rude. Food is usually half assed too which adds insult to injury. Do better guys, it costs nothing to be kind to each other.

Weekend morning staff are awful. Rude and have no idea what’s going on inside or in the drive through. Consistently order lattes and given iced coffees instead, with the excuse of “it’s watered down” and wait 10 minutes for a remake. Never any issues with m-f staff. Get new staff or train them properly.

Someone needs to do better. Not only did we wait over 15 minutes for a mobile order, when we got the order, let's just say, my hot coffee, served in a hot coffee container, was ice cold and had no flavor.
Reading is not so hard.
I would understand some errors, if the place were packed. But the place was empty, inside and out.
Lots of laughing and joking seems to be the priority of their day.
Sorry for the one girl who was actually trying to do her job in the front.

Didn’t give the driver half of my Uber Eats order so two people in my group didn’t get to eat breakfast, then the food they did get right was trash. My bagel was burned to absolute hell.

One of the girls that work in there in the back lazy the other girl asked to make a cappuccino nasty a coffee I don't even drink coffee it was not cappuccino really bad customer service they act like they didn't even want to work and it was real slow it was the only two people in there how can you not know what the difference between cappuccino and a coffee is..😡

We had a great experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Wait times were short and food quality was good.

Don't go to 8845 W Colonial Dr at 6:45 pm. You will get a nasty, mealy mouth looking, attitudinal representation of a female I'm afraid to call a person. I won't be back there. I'll spend my money where I dont have to fear humans doing something wicked to my coffee.
I went in to get donuts for my son from the kiosk and the lady working there at 4:16 pm on August 19th was loud and obnoxious making fun of me for not seeing they didn’t have half the donuts selected. She is insanely rude and disrespectful and this is not my first time having issues with her. She’s always rude even when I go in the drive through. She really needs to be replaced. However the guy who packaged my donuts didn’t even partake in her rude and disrespectful behavior. He was really sweet.
