Worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I settle and come here because it’s close to my house. The wait times are ALWAYS long for not even having a line & they are always understaffed. Today after I placed my order I asked for a plastic cup for my 3 year old and they were going to charge me, mind you I come here daily/ minimum 3x a week for the last few years. I don’t understand why this location sucks this bad but he has for years. If I wasn’t a loyal Dunkin fan I would NEVER give this place the time of day!

Dunkins a good place to swing into to grab half a dozen donuts on your way to Starbucks.

I was gonna get a dozen donuts but they didn’t have a wide variety so I got a half a dozen but apparently the cashier or someone can’t count because if originally it was 20.63 I went to get her the $.63 so I can get the dollar back and they realize they overcharged me. I never got the five dollars back and now they don’t wanna answer their phone so I’m sure at the end of the day. My five dollars will still be in that register. I hope they split it up for their tip, but I will not be going to that Dunkin’ Donuts cause they steal.

Weird employee came out yelling to tell me to move my car when i was at the stop sign for a few minutes yelling at me. Mind you it was raining and no cars were there. How are you gonna care that much to come out in the rain to harass me???? I just know they don’t have any sensors in that spot for their metrics so I’m not bothering anybody. I had to check my phone bc of some personal situation. Literally not coming back. The coffee is like 75% really bad and usually so is the food. One time i found a dead mosquito on the lid. I don’t usually complain but like this is probably the worst Dunkins I’ve been to.

Experience – 6:30 AM Visit

I visited this location early this morning around 6:30 AM hoping to start my day with a hot coffee. Unfortunately, I was met with unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from the woman working the drive-thru window. She was loudly shouting orders, making sarcastic comments, and laughing with other employees. When I asked to speak to the manager, Rebecca, her response was dismissive—she laughed and closed the window on me.

This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. There was no courtesy, no professionalism, and no effort to resolve my concerns. If this is the tone being set by management, it's no wonder the staff is following suit.

It’s disappointing to see such disregard for basic manners and customer service. I won’t be returning to this location, and I strongly recommend that leadership invest in better training—and perhaps better pay—to attract and retain employees who understand the importance of respect and professionalism.

I’ll be taking my business elsewhere where service is consistently five-star.

Had a really bad experience there, We order a two everything bagel with cream cheese and they gave us a burned Bagel which also smelled really nasty and there was hair in it! I would want to request the ceo or the manager to please change the employees there.

food came out cold the first time. went inside to get it remade. came out cold again. seems like they’re incredibly understaffed. both the workers inside were slammed with no one else to help out. corporate should put more people on a shift, it’s clearly affecting the quality of their service.

Asked for a bagel toasted with cream cheese....order was repeated it's on the ticket and my order was still incorrect....few weeks before that I was in drive thru at the window the cashier tells me my total then sneezes off to the right reaches for my card and hands me my food when I asked her did she wash her hands she replied with she sneezed off to the right

Definitely calling corporate

Looking at these reviews, I see I’m not the only one. I said SEVERAL times sugar free. I get to the window and I just knew it was messed up. I tasted my latte and asked if it was sugar free? She says “we don’t have sugar free French crullers” I’m not kidding that was her response as I’m holding up the sweet ssa latte in my hand. Then says the vanilla swirl has sugar. At least they gave me napkins!! Clearly incompetence is a thing here. SMH
