food came out cold the first time. went inside to get it remade. came out cold again. seems like they’re incredibly understaffed. both the workers inside were slammed with no one else to help out. corporate should put more people on a shift, it’s clearly affecting the quality of their service.

Asked for a bagel toasted with cream cheese....order was repeated it's on the ticket and my order was still incorrect....few weeks before that I was in drive thru at the window the cashier tells me my total then sneezes off to the right reaches for my card and hands me my food when I asked her did she wash her hands she replied with she sneezed off to the right

Looking at these reviews, I see I’m not the only one. I said SEVERAL times sugar free. I get to the window and I just knew it was messed up. I tasted my latte and asked if it was sugar free? She says “we don’t have sugar free French crullers” I’m not kidding that was her response as I’m holding up the sweet ssa latte in my hand. Then says the vanilla swirl has sugar. At least they gave me napkins!! Clearly incompetence is a thing here. SMH

Literally waited 30 minutes for an iced coffee. The. Drove up to the window finally. And the teenagers they have working there is having a big show down conversation. These people don’t value people time!!!!!!!! Horrible location. Worst ever.

During the drive thru the lady taking the order was extremely rude having to repeat myself more than 4 times she continued to be rude as she was having an additional conversation that we could hear through the drive thru. After the last response of k. Pull forward she was clearly annoyed and I was not comfortable getting my order from her.

He isn't good at expressing customer service ? Me and my family member was so disgusted with his Total disrespect that we decided to drive off !!
