Dear Dunkin' in Ocoee (FL)... I’m a devoted customer: your ice tea is the best and I use the app for daily purchases at several Orlando stores! But when I ordered the GRILLED cheese melt today (as in the menu photo), I got warm bread with hot cheese. So #disappointed! ☹️
My everyday experience! My cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with Cream cheese and a large coffee ☕️
The staff at this Dunkin are the best. Always treat customers like family. Great donuts too!
