I ordered a large Italian on wheat with Swiss — no mayo or mustard. What I got was completely smothered in mayo. I couldn’t eat it and had to throw it away.

I called right after, and the manager admitted the mistake but said they couldn’t do anything unless I came back. I explained I was only in the area for lunch and don’t have transportation to return. Still, they refused to issue a refund or offer a solution.

I asked if they could deliver a replacement — they said no and told me to call back in the morning to speak with the GM. Mistakes happen, but the unwillingness to fix it in the moment or take responsibility is unacceptable.

Walk-in was greeted by some outstanding employees Rose , Toni, Jamara and Dequan. I've been coming to this location for lunch numerous of times first time meeting the welcome band until today. I was having bad a day at work. I left this location very happy they changed my day with there warm smiles 😁
