The food is always going to be great at any firehouse subs, but what sets this on apart from the rest is the staff. Every time I come in they are cool as hell and just super friendly. They are always laughing and seem to really enjoy the team they work with. Specifically the recent PM shift. I’ve been here a few times recently and always ask for recommendations, and they never steer me wrong. I’m grateful to have this as my local spot, but I’d honestly go out of my way to go to this location just because I know I’m getting good food from good people every single time. Thanks yall!

Every time I come in to pick up my order it’s ready well before the app predicts. Rose is always there and is so friendly. In a world where customer service is declining, this Firehouse gives me hope.

Terrible service, they should train their employees and even more so their managers, they are not professionals, they treat customers and their employees badly.

The workers were extremely friendly. The only problem was the amount of time it took to get my order. The workers seemed to have an enormous amount of call in(?) orders to complete, so mine was ready after about 10 minutes or so. The workers and the atmosphere were happy and fun. I'll definitely order from them again, but will try to pick a less busy time.

Kid-friendliness: There was a family there when I went. The workers were happy and interacted well with the children.

Wheelchair accessibility: The door seemed to be wide enough for a wheel chair, but after the first couple of chairs, the space gets smaller.

I called in and we had bad connection I came in saying that someone hung up on me I asked the guy at the front desk he told me it was her what's her name was Serenity she said ma'am I didn't hang up on you I couldn't hear you she handled the situation very professional and smile the hold time

When onion is such a polarizing flavor you should be more careful to keep it out of the lettuce or whatever happened there
