Consider I am comparing this place to similar places like The Ale House, Fridays, Applebee's and Tiajuana Flats as they are like chain sports bar eateries. The service gave it the fourth star. Cleanliness for a Friday afternoon before 2:00, well it let's just say everything felt sticky, even the floor.The food was decent. The burger was good and the fries crunchy. The Ahi Tuna was not very flavorful and seemed like it had been frozen awhile even before the distribution truck delivered it. I had greater expectations from the Tuna.The staff from the guy that greeted us at the door to our server was fantastic, welcoming, warm and polite. That in itself made the atmosphere relaxing. Yes I would recommend this place, but not the Tuna.

I just want to add that we had a server today his name was Josh and he was incredibly awesome!!!! Thank you Josh for making our experience a day to remember!!! The way he showed concerned for our well being is unmatched! Thank you Gators dockside for hiring such a great human being.

Order the grilled chicken club sandwich did not get any honey mustard on it it said it came with honey mustard and I even ordered extra did not get any my chicken is so tough I can barely chew it this is the worst order I have gotten from this place and I'm very disappointed

we went for Chicken wings. they went up in prices, from 13.99 to 19.99 on all you can eat but they where delicious. service was good and it was not to full. we will be back for more

Had lunch with my dad here, and the food was phenomenal! Everything was fresh and super flavorful. The staff was pleasant and the manager Mike was very welcoming. Superb service.

Great food... Wide variety. Service is adequate but as customer numbers increase more servers needed. Games need repair. Children allowed but need to be better watched.
My daughter had her Graduation celebration here, and it was AMAZING! From the initial phone call, until the final tab was paid, the customer service was EXCELLENT! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and made our family feel at home! We had a party of 40, so there were a few mistakes, but each one was rectified with a sincere apology! The food was GREAT, the music was GREAT, the atmosphere was great and again, the staff was GREAT! Thank you Gators Dockside of Ocoee! My 2021 graduate said her experience was PERFECT!

I met a friend who is local and I'm out of town. I have never been to a gators and I was impressed from the start. Our Waiter's name was Philip. If you ever get served by him, it's an experience that you want to experience again.Philip helped me select the French dip, which by the way was totally amazing. Compared to Brevard County's selection at the local restaurant, this blew me out of the water.Second, Philip helped my friend select his meal as well. It's not every day I get to meet somebody new as this was a new friend I was meeting. Phil added to the experience by being humorous and showing me his tattoo on his left leg.I was very impressed with the service and will definitely be back again. In conclusion, I asked for a soda to go in a water to go so that I would stay hydrated on the way home back to Brevard County. Phil complied with my request and even wish me a safe trip home. I got invited back again by him and was told he would be my waiter any time.In times like these, you need good Staff know how to make light out of bad situations. The bad situation being COVID-19. I wish there were more employees like him.Hunter

Got the fish and chips. Awfully greasy with way too much breading . Cole slaw was nasty tasting and fried mushrooms looked terrible. They were grey not brown like fried breaded mushrooms should be. The portions were nice but I had a heck of a time eating it because of the grease. My wife got the Buffalo chicken sandwich and she said the onion was hotter than the chicken spice. They need to have a serious conversation with the cooks and revamp the menu along with some new recipes.

The cook used half of garlic in both pasta so they only replace one and the manager David, tried to convince me every loves it. But my husband used to be the kitchen manger at gators and he's the one that created the pasta on the menu in the first place, he told me the cook made it all wrong. But the manager forgot his name was nice, but we took our business elsewhere but thanks anyway
