“My first time coming here, I had the greatest experience ever!!
I was nervous coming in and asking what to get but a very polite, humorous, and kind employee reassured me and helped guide me into ordering the best bowl ever, Lily Shrake!
She is such a sweet girl and truly knows what she is doing. She is very understanding and intuitive, she knows what to recommend based on ones liking.
I got the Nutella Crunch bowl and I had asked for EXTRA nutella and she SERVED. She performed great!
I only go to 3Natives now only when Lily works because I trust her. Not once has she forgotten something on my order. She is truly the best!!!“

“I can't say enough good things about this company. The food is delicious and healthy, and just as importantly, the chef and his wife are so kind and helpful. They have given me extra time with my family and allow me to stay on track by doing my meal prepping for me. The turkey tacos, blackened chicken, and turkey meatballs are my all time favorites!
Dietary restrictions: plenty of dairy free and gluten free options
Kid-friendliness: My 5 year old loves the greek chicken and turkey tacos which makes dinner time so much easier.“

“So good. I recommend adding lump crab and a hard boiled egg to the avocado smash for protein as a good breakfast option. Delicious. It was so big I ate half for breakfast and the other half later. Beautiful presentation also.“

“This place is inside Bloomingdale’s. We wanted frozen yogurt but menu doesn’t really explain how to order or what you get. That was a little confusing.But when we got the small cup of yogurt it was one of the most delicious things I have had. They put the fixings at the bottom and throughout the cup. It was really huge and delicious.Highly recommended“

If you are in the area you have to stop by Nature's Table at Southpark, it is much more than just a place to eat, it is a culinary treasure attended with a lot of dedication and love by its owners. From the moment you walk in, you are enveloped by the warmth of a charming and impeccably clean place. The service is fast and friendly, making every visit a delight. But the best of all was the food, simply delicious and prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Definitely a place worth visiting again and again!!!! Super recommend“

“WOW! Being heathy has never been easier since I found this gold mine of a place!! I am someone who has always believed in meal prep however these days the grocery stores don’t ever seem to be stocked and even if they are you have to wait in a 30 min line to check out or even get in the store! This is the reason I gave Fitlife Foods a shot, and I don’t think I’ll ever be going back!! All you have to do is microwave and ding ding ding dinner is served!! It’s really hard to drift off of your diet when these meals are so convenient!! I’m on week 2 and the meals are not boring!! Full of flavor! The best part is you can pick your calorie count, they have sizes!! This is perfect for my boyfriend and I because medium is perfect for him but too much food for me! The verity and options they have for breakfast lunch and dinner is fantastic!!! Thank you for being here for me Fitlife Foods when the grocery stores where not!!!“

“I am a performer and am always feeling aches and pains. Recently I discovered Pacific Roots muscle cream and can I say “Wow”, it makes a difference. The muscle cream helps relieve my sharp and aching pain. Doctors have given me other topicals, but honestly none of them have worked as well as Pacific Roots cream. I would highly recommend this product to whomever struggles finding good pain topical relief.“

“OMG this place blew my mind! 🤯 I was with a friend that can't eat gluten and this place has tons of gluten free options. We got an Elvice Parsley Juice drink, a Let's Go Pesto flatbread (on gluten free bread), and a custom made parfait bowl designed by the lovely Anyiah. Everything exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. Anyiah went above and beyond to take special care of us and answered all of our needy questions as it was our first time. We can't wait to go back!!!“
