“The curry chicken wrap has turned out to be my favorite wrap at 3Natives. I don't love their thick sauces but the taste is good. The spinach wrap is made with a spring mix, purple cabbage, chicken and cucumbers. It's fresh and vibrant looking.“

Firstly, the ladies here are so welcoming, kind, and helpful. The food was made super fast and both items we ordered taste so fresh and flavorful.Also on my first visit here, I ordered takeout and very much appreciate that my order came in a compostable bag as I hate using plastic. “OMG, I think I just found my favorite spot for a delicious protein shake and then some! The donuts are to die for! Super Bonus, its a freaking protein donut! All jokes aside, I will be back, and back again......and again. Our 1st try was the banana bread protein shake, a MUST try! & the smores protein donuts, bomb! & the acai bowl, muah! Everything was made FRESH, you here me! LIKE SHE MAKING DONUTS "DING" OUT THE OVEN KINDA FRESH! The owner, bomb, so welcoming, super sweet and really cares about the health and mindfulness of the body, and my experience here, pretty much made me do my happy dance. “Late in leaving my review, but I wanted to say this place helped my adult son, my husband & I to get over covid. I had called when I was on my way over and the woman had already prepared some herbal mixes for us by the time I got there. We had an immune mix and a respiratory mix. It helped us all recover fast. I woke up this morning craving a (caesar) salad and went to Greenbeat for the first time.A few months ago, my friend gave me a coupon for a free bowl (I think they were giving them out when they first opened). I ended up only paying for the chicken I added to my bowl (kale and green leaf, sliced almonds, and parmesan with caesar dressing). I also got a side of the cashew curry dressing to try and…OMG. Definitely getting that again! ??️ 100% spicy but delicious! You can also add bread or some tortilla chip rounds for free, I think.Overall, it’s a cute restaurant on the corner and sooo many toppings and dressings to choose from. Nice atmosphere.~$8 for a small bowl (~$12 if you add protein) and ~$10 for a large bowl +$3 for a protein. “LOVE the food and smoothies here, great quality and flavor and I’m always satisfied because of great portion size. However my issue is that on every occasion I’ve come here there is only one person working, and it’s not necessarily busy but I would consider it active, as it’s right next to a gym. So people trickle in often and they’ve even left before ordering because just getting their order in takes way too long. It is worth keeping two employees working because you won’t lose customers!“
