What an amazing experience. I am originally from California where there are lots of healthier choices when it comes to eating out. I moved to Florida just over two years ago and my cholesterol has gone up since the move. Most restaurants tend to cook heavier on the oils than I am used to. I came across Just Salad and got very excited. Jocilyn was so helpful recommending the salad choices. She is so friendly and makes amazing salads.
