This is my 4th time coming to this McDonald’s and the service is awful they never have your food ready you’re always gotta wait 10 to 15 minutes before you get your food. It’s terrible. and by the time you get your food, it’s cold and nasty they need to shut it down or hire a whole new team. Do not come here and do not buy no food from here oh wait

Every time I go to this McDonalds to pick up orders between 11pm - 6am, either no one comes to the window or I get the excuse that they just opened or that the system is down or that someone picked up the order. It seems like the people in there just want to not work. It’s happen to me more then a dozen times.

Aiden at McDonald’s deserves a huge shout-out for his excellent customer service at the drive-thru window! He was friendly, polite, and greeted me with a genuine smile. He repeated my order back clearly, made sure everything was correct, and even asked if I needed any extra sauces or condiments before I pulled away. It’s small details like that that make the experience so much better. Aiden was professional, fast, and kind—McDonald’s is lucky to have him representing their team at the window!

Absolutely horrendous service by this manager, I ask for my receipt several times because I wasn’t happy with my drive thru experience; they are constantly not serving drive through correctly and make every car park up and wait 10 mins an order; this is fast food service my food should be ready at window, exactly like it was in the 80’s 90’s and 2000’s ever since the pandemic fastfood is slowfood. I should n’t have to go inside to pick up my food in a timely manner, nor be denied my receipt by the manager.

The food is standard McDonald's. The morning shift is almost always good and fast. However I have never gone thru their drive thru without having to pull up and wait. The most recent time was a 8 minute wait for 2 smoothies, 3 other cars were taken care of while I waited on 2 smoothies. . .
