Placed an 60 dollar order, got home and was missing a third of the food I ordered , store doesn't answer calls, and taco bell support tells me they can't any kinda refund on orders not placed via the taco. Not coming back here

They make people pull out of the drive-thru and wait even when no one else is in line behind you. Then you sit in your car waiting for a ridiculous amount of time which seems like they have no intention of bringing your food out to you.

Their system goes down “for the next 30 minutes” almost every night. Save yourselves the trip and go somewhere else, they obviously don’t want to work late at nights. I’d be less angry about it if they weren’t one of the only places open when I get off work

Tried to order a chicken quesadilla at 2:57 AM. Was told by drive through personnel that they were closed. I asked if they closed at 3 AM, they said “we are out of food.” I get it, it’s right at closing but how hard is it to heat up a quesadilla?

I went here today to get some tacos and burritos for lunch. The Drive through attendant said they that were shorthanded and that if I wanted to place an order I had to go inside. Fine, I went inside. Nobody was at the register so I ordered on the touchscreen kiosk (two tacos, two burritos, 1 large Starry). I then waited over 25 minutes but NEVER got my food. However, three people who came in AFTER me got their food. The third person got his food in less than 5 minutes. After he left, I asked the guy lingering by the drive through window when I was going to get my order which I placed over 20 minutes earlier. After going to the back, he came to the counter about a minute later and said that they were working on it. I waited 5 more minutes, finally had enough and left. When I left, I counted 5 people waiting for their food in the lobby and 3 people in the drive through lane. So, I waited over 25 minutes, saw three people who ordered AFTER me get their food, and NEVER got my food. This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to, and it is one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to. ZERO STAR SERVICE!!!

I drive by this restaurant every morning in my way to work, I have stopped THREE times within the last year or so around 8:20 to 8:30am and they don’t want to take my order. The are still either closed or the employees inside refuse to take orders thru drive thru. This morning I was there at 8:22 and the OPEN sign was on and people were inside, I come to drive thru and I get greeted by the recording. Nobody answers once I thought I placed my order. Then I come to window thinking it’s not working and the person there ignores me and doesn’t even open window. Worst service, if they don’t want to work why are they there? Adjust your business hours and do not advertise 8am
