Ive recently moved to Ocoee and ive been trying every sushi spot there is. Takumi is my favorite so far! Ive returned multiple times. Their lunch specials are generous and delicious! The best takoyaki ive had in the states, crisp on the outside creamy and flavorful inside with a perfect amount of bonito flakes and sauce. This time I opted for their takumi roll, which was HUGE for the price! I especially like their rice paper substitute for seaweed. I like seaweed but my partner does not, so this was a very nice surprise option. The place is very spacious and clean, with fun decor. Though a bit big and open, so not very cozy. It's never been busy when ive gone, but i choose to eat out during nonconventional hours. Our server is always pleasant and attentive. I highly recommend trying their affordable bento hibachi lunch!

The quality has really gone down here. The theme of my last meal here (today) was water. My salad was swimming in water, made with like 5 pieces of lettuce. It’s like someone took a pinch of lettuce, threw it in the box, and dunked the box in the water.
Then we get to the actual meal. Why did the chicken AND rice AND sauce give me… nothing. No flavor. It all tasted like water. Very unappetizing. I don’t do reviews much but I am genuinely pissed that I spent my last $18 here. Especially since this is my last meal for 12 hours due to blood work and I’m supposed to be fasting through work today. I had to drench the food in soy sauce and force it down just so I had something to eat. The first time I ate here was great. I thought I had found a new place and then time after time quality subsided. I don’t know if it can get worse than today and I won’t know because I don’t want to eat here anymore.
Disclaimer: All the orange under the salad in the photo is the water after some of the dressing got mixed in. The water is not the dressing because it was there from before I opened the box. I tried to continue with eating it so I put the dressing and tried to soak up the water but ultimately threw it out.

Food was absolutely disgusting. When I walked into this restaurant it smelled like gasoline. I’m disappointed I actually spent money here. I for sure won’t be returning here. Why was the salad dressing so thick and so much water juice at the bottom. I hope I don’t get sick after eating this food.

I love sushi and this place has really yummy affordable options. The place is really spacious and would be great for a big gathering. Service is usually really fast and the staff is super friendly and accommodating.

This was mid. I wasn’t overly or underly impressed. The sushi was okay. The atmosphere was okay. There was only one person working the sushi line at 7pm on a Wednesday and only one hostess. Granted they were nice, but why was there no volume at dinner time? There was only one person seated at this time in the whole restaurant as well. My boyfriend said his had no flavor. Mine did, but it was okay.
Food was great! The place was cute and comfortable. The service was a little inattentive but still very kind and polite. Overall, great experience and I would recomend for the sushi alone!

Very clean restaurant hidden in a shopping plaza. Good customer service with delicious food and beverages UPDATE: The original review was posted 2 years ago. Went back today and was surprised at how the restaurant has declined. Restaurant was almost empty which should have been a clue. Service was almost nonexistent and the food tasted horrible. Found small plastic pieces in our shrimp. The restrooms were smelly. Will not be returning and would not recommend.
