I was visiting Orlando last weekend, and just started turning corners. I pulled into the gas station in Ocoee, saw the food truck, and decided to check it out. I am so glad I did.
I ordered the conch fritters and cracked conch with pigeon peas and rice. The conch fritters were a bit greasy but delicious. In every bite, I was able to taste the herbs as well as the conch. The conch salad was very good, but the mango cobbler, I can’t say because all I got was dry crust and two small bits of mango.
