The brownie sundae was the best I’ve had. And the workers were great, chill and friendly. They may have “basic” flavors but they can do so much with all the extra things they have.

Probably the best ice cream ive had so far!! So good will be back 😌

So many great flavors! And the staff was AMAZING!!!! So nice. So helpful. Allowed us to taste as much as we wanted. Offered flavor and topping combinations. And GENEROUS SERVING SIZES! Coming here every time we're in town!!!!

Neighborhood ice cream parlor that is quaint and a favorite with us and many other families. Seems to be a favorite for birthday parties and after school treats. Customer service is good and very friendly to all. Another one of our favorite places to go for ice cream sundaes, sodas and milk shakes!! Try their hot fudge!!

Bella was amazing! I let her know I have a nut allergy and she went above and beyond to try to minimize cross contamination. The customer service was far beyond anything else I've ever had at any other ice cream shop.

Came in earlier today and had a great experience. Even with a line, Grace had amazing customer service and was very efficient. The shop had a big selection of flavors along with milkshakes. Will definitely be returning. Love the vintage vibe, along with the music playing.😃

From the moment we walked in, Isabella greeted us with a warm smile and a genuinely welcoming attitude that immediately made the visit enjoyable.

Isabella was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and helpful while explaining the different ice cream flavors and soda options. She took the time to answer all our questions, offered great recommendations based on our preferences, and made sure everyone in our group was completely satisfied with their choices. Her attention to detail and friendly personality truly stood out.

What impressed me most was how she handled everything with professionalism while still making the experience fun and personal. Even though the place was busy, Isabella remained calm, efficient, and kind, making sure each customer felt valued and well taken care of. The service she provided added a special touch to an already great spot.

West Orange Creamery & Soda is a fantastic place for delicious treats, but employees like Isabella are what make it truly exceptional. This is hands down the best ice cream in the Orlando area, and just wait until you try the ones with a little boozy twist!

They serve Hershey’s brand ice cream, but what really makes this place special is the atmosphere.... it feels like stepping back into the 80s in the best possible way. The staff are friendly, respectful, and clearly take pride in what they do.

The seasonal flavors are fantastic, and it’s clear a lot of care goes into keeping things fresh and fun. This shop deserves way more attention than the disgraceful Twistee Treat down the road (check out my review on that one).

If you want great service, nostalgia, and seriously delicious ice cream, this is the spot. ;)

I got a milkshake and I was halfway through it and there was a piece of glass in it. Terrible experience and it cut my mouth.
