Between 1-2 PM Lunch time is a nightmare, my co-worker and I were waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutos between placing an order, paying and picking up and at the end lets say "they forgot to give the 4 pieces jalapeños cheese bites", and I asked for ketchup and ridiculously received only 2 mini packages for two large french fries.

The service here is terrible... Parking lot is empty not one customer inside. Yet I have to wait more than 5min on the drive thru window with no cars in front of me... And this is everytime I come.
