“I had the pleasure of being served by Britney at Huey Magoo in Cooper City, and she absolutely MADE my visit. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. She was attentive without being overbearing, anticipated what I needed before I asked, and made sure everything from my drink refill to the final check was perfect.
My order was handled quickly and accurately, and the food arrived piping hot and delicious. Britney even checked back mid‑meal to make sure everything was to my liking. Her positive energy really elevated the whole experience.
Thanks to Britney, Huey Magoo Cooper City went from “good” to “exceptional.” I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be specifically asking for her next time.

“Chicken sandwich: great (no heat) breading flavor and crispiness, good sized moist chicken breast, nice brioche bun, good slaw and homemade pickles were different but hard to describe with only 4 slices to go on. Chicken wings and waffle: great ("hot" heat) breading flavor and crispiness. I like hot, but not the hottest level at most places usually and this was mild enough that I will step it up next time. The wings were on the medium size at best. At first the waffle seemed it was going to be lame since it was hard to cut as it would stretch like an already syrup coated waffle that was reheated in the microwave. But it surprised us with a fried dough flavor and texture that was different, but really enjoyable. Mac was average, will try other sides in the future.“

“I had an excellent experience at Pollo Tropical thanks to Ivan at the cash register. He was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the ordering process smooth and enjoyable. Ivan greeted every customer with a warm smile and was knowledgeable about the menu, helping me choose the perfect meal. His efficiency and positive attitude truly enhanced my visit. “I’ve gone to several chicken kitchen locations and while I’ve never had a bad experience, I felt inclined to share how great my experience with this location has been. The first time I visited this location was on my birthday a few weeks ago and the girls that attended me were so sweet and welcoming. Today I came in again and Sisi was there, she immediately recognized me and asked about my birthday and even remembered my favorite sauce. I work in retail and know that remembering a customer I’ve only seen once before can be a nearly impossible task. Either way, it made my experience that much more special and memorable and for that I’m truly thankful. And of course, the food is always hot, delicious, perfectly portioned.. can’t ask for more!“

“Service is usually top notch but not on this day. No menu to share and didn't get one when asked so a bit disappointed after being spoiled with friendly customer service in the past. Food on the other hand? yum, yum. What sorcery is this? It's the sauce of course. It's simply addictive. Dip ur fries in ur favorite sauce or mix the chickfila sauce w/ ketchup and u just can't stop. Put either sauce of ur choice on ur sandwich and it's the same magic.“

“First time at PDQ. Used drive thru where the young lady was sweet and helpful with my order. Then to pick up window where 2 young ladies were just as friendly asking what else i needed. It was nice to see them working so well together and pleasant and helpful too. Had the Chicken deluxe meals w/waffle fries. Delicious! Good portions too. Definitely recommend and will go back“

“In this fast paced World we live in it’s hard to find great customer centric service and good quality food! Dave’s Hot Chicken serves up great tasting food, provides value for your hard earned dollar. No fancy names, no weird combos, it’s chicken served hot and tasty. You will not leave hungry!
On this visit I met a team member that exemplifies service, professionalism and dedication to her job. J’nay sets the tone and, what she expects from her team is to make sure every encounter with our customers you do your best and make that encounter memorable one. It shows as we are always treating with a warm welcome, and a caring attitude.
Daisy, Nikki, Carlos and Yesi deliver on that promise. Food is so much better served with a grateful smile and eaten in a clean resturant. Run to Dave’s Hot Chicken!

“The flavor … oh the flavor. Their cuisine is prestige! We had the Jones n’ Hot Chicken sandwich which was so full of flavor with a kick of just right amount of spice; the jalapeño fries were the bomb and last but definitely not least the sweet potato biscuit is to die for! These biscuits melt in your mouth. So good, I had to bring some back to Houston with me. I highly recommend Chick N’ Jones you won’t be disappointed.“

“I have to give a shout out to Shantel Lewis, my second time in the drive through, and she served me both times. This young lady was pleasant, approachable, funny and engaging... I will say that the service can be faster, but her service was so good that I cannot complain about the timing. Things can improve, but in rhe Arima drive through, you have wonderful staff, appreciate them! Thank you Shantel for a good evening!!!“
