“We are so glad Einstein Bros. Bagels opened here in Fleming Island! Connor served us today and made us feel so welcome. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing (they do close earlier than some spots, so keep that in mind if you’re planning a later visit). Every employee we encountered was kind and friendly. We even saw guests arrive after us and they received the same warm service, which tells me the positive experience wasn’t just a fluke. My husband ordered the jalapeño cheddar brisket bagel with eggs, he said it was absolutely delicious and rated it about a 2/5 on the spicy scale. I had the six cheese bagel with egg, sausage, and cheddar (plus a little mayo) and it was amazing, so flavorful and filling! Our toddler enjoyed a giant chocolate chip cookie and declared it “the best she ever had” (and toddlers don’t lie about cookies 😄). For drinks, my husband tried the breakfast blend coffee and liked it, while I went for the blended nitro mocha brew. I usually stick with Starbucks, but this one really impressed me! Right now they’re offering BOGO breakfast sandwiches and free hot coffee, which makes it an even better deal. The store was very clean, and we noticed they also have fresh juices, an app full of deals, online ordering, and even offer a military discount! Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a quick, delicious breakfast spot. We’re so glad to have this new option in our area!“

For my bestie, I grabbed a bacon melt on an Asiago bagel with light bacon cheddar cream cheese on the side — and it was just as impressive. “I love coming here, the owner is always smiling and friendly. As far as the food goes, the portions are pretty large for the price and the bagel options make each time I go refreshing. I see some other reviews about the atmosphere but I'm someone who's used to the Deli's in New York, I like that it's plain and simple. Great stop on my way to work. Definitely will come again.“

“I just want to share how amazing this young beautiful lady was (didn't catch her name). I accidentally came a minute after closing . First time at Red Owl. Had just finished my laundry up the street and wanted an iced coffee. She gave it to me for free! Almost brought tears to my eyes how nice she was. And it's delicious ! I'll be coming back! “I’ve only added coffee in my life over the last few months, and Ellianos is the only place I get it. Now I technically get a dessert (Turtle Freezer with cookie mix base), so can’t comment on standard coffee, but what I get is such a tasty treat. My favorite part of Ellianos is the customer service though. Every single encounter has been a helpful and friendly member of their team. I trust their consistency so much that I went to Ellianos when out of town while visiting with a loved one in the hospital for several days. My first visit the employee was the one that helped me pick the drink and suggested the cookie base, and she happened to be the one this morning that made my birthday treat. And she remembered me from all those months ago. Just an overall good experience with Ellianos. EDIT: They also have pup cups! We made sure to include a visit for one for my little rescue pupper’s gotcha/birthday celebration day with his favorite people, places, and things. They thought he was so cute in his birthday tie and took a pic for their wall.“

One of them was even kind enough to pay for my drink the day that my Dad passed away (If you happen to see this, thank you again x100).
