For the most part this location is great , I’m a little aggy this morning because my XL HOT coffee was wrong which was amusing because the woman doubled checked that I wanted my coffee black with sugar so you would think you’re getting the coffee you order NOPE , now I know what you’re thinking .. why didn’t you double check , well when it was discussed at the speaker I didn’t think I was going to have to double check so yes there was a my bad on my end but cmon now all you gotta do is read the screen and or the little sticker that gets placed in the cup . It was my husbands coffee if it was mine I wouldn’t have cared . Also a hair on the Boston cream looked like a beard hair gray btw . Lol . Please double check the orders we work too hard for our money y’all should know this !! Also I can tell you who placed the coffee at the window next to the young man so invested in his conversation .

Every time I go here it’s hit or miss. Either my coffee is good or it’s downright terrible and made completely wrong. More often than not it’s wrong. The majority of people there are rude and unprofessional. I’d be better off adding creamer to pond water and calling that a coffee. It’d probably taste better anyway.

This Dunkin location is head and shoulders above the rest. The staff is very efficient. The store is immaculate and they go out of their way to make that drink special. Shout out to Sandra and Karen for helping me decide on the perfect flavor today. Thanks for helping to start my day with a smile.

I went to Dunkin' Doughnuts today with my friend who previously worked there. She was not fired yet the employee were badmouthing her and said “They would not come back if they were her” and laughed as we left the store, the manager was right there yet failed to do anything. Not only that but they forgot apart of my order and the hot coffee we got was cold. Highly unprofessional atmosphere and as paying customers we should be treated fairly and my friend should not feel as if they can’t come back when this is the only Dunkin in the area.
I had to update my review. This DD is my favorite DD. My iced coffees are always made consistently the same no matter when I order. They change personnel often, but their customer service stays the same. I have had no issues since they have opened. Whomever is doing the hiring, please continue to hire awesome team members. You guys are awesome.

The facility was firstly clean. I don't know if it was in purpose, but the fact that they had the lights dimmed unlike other places in the morning made it very comfortable for my eyes to adjust so early in the morning. Ms.Jennifer was a absolute delight to see in the morning with her bright smile. With the great customer service her and her fellow coworkers have, ill wait in line for an hour if they asked me to with how much they made my morning so much better.

This location is located next to the Florida Cancer Specialist where I come to take my mom for treatment. It’s not a very happy place to come to 3 times a week but I find joy in coming to get some good food from Dunkin. Jennifer (lead) is there almost every time I come and she is so kind and always has a smile and warm greeting! She complimented me today and we had a nice conversation! She was so kind and really made my day! She does a great job!
