Friendly staff all around and the characters seem to jump right off the screen. They are perfectly in character! Worth every penny to see the happiness on our granddaughter’s face!
Reservation process went smoothly. We were seated quickly and all the characters greeted us and made sure we got all the pictures we wanted. The cat members made sure we got a bit of pixie dust for the birthday we were celebrating. We were a party of 4 adults but still felt like it was a worthwhile experience
