Just called Rivers Lakeland to place a pick up order. Man answered the phone. Stated they don't take orders by phone have to do online. Told him I tried that wouldn't work. Said that's how they do take out. I've been going to 4 Rivers for years. Was ordering for six people over $100. Told him I'll find some place else to order from. Won't be back.
4rivers have really gone down in quality food, the prices are ridiculous in regards to the size of the portion they serve. Never go to the SODO 4rivers in Orlando. 1. The worst customer service. 2. They will serve you luke warm meats, specifically the dry ribs and sausage. 3. Burnt mac n cheese… When 4rivers started in Winter Park and the University location, it was way better all around. 🤷🏻♂️
They’re not afraid to take your order and your money and let half your food get cold while you wait 30 minutes and no one does any follow up with you to let you know how much longer it’s gonna be. A real waste of my time.
