In my opinion, there is nothing better than a greasy spoon Chinese restaurant tucked in the corner of a shopping center. I gave Panda Express a try after seeing a documentary on the invention of orange chicken. Unfortunately it was underwhelming. The lo mein doesn't have much for flavor, the orange chicken had a lot of sauce but was sweeter than it was tangy and (dare I say it???) needed more salt. Whoever makes entrees monday-wednesday nights is the best. I'm a regular customer and ever since noticing how much better and faster the entrees come out during these times I only come back then. Whoever is making them deserves a raise!

Firstly, I have to give a shout out to the lady who was working at the counter. Her service was amazing! BUT THE FOOD was complete ?. The meat was dry and had almost no flavor and the rice tasted like flavored cardboard. The only thing that was decent was the orange chicken. I feel like I definitely wasted my money here.
