4R Cantina Food Truck - Disney Springs Barbacoa

The best and I mean the BEST Birria tacos I’ve ever had! You can tell how much time is put in making the brisket because of that delectable smoky flavor. Truly hope to eat here again!

DELICIOUS!!! Everything we ordered was incredible! Street Tacos and Quesadillas. The service was friendly. Sitting outside was nice. Highly recommended!

When I got lunch today, there was a Hispanic family ordering in front of us. After they ordered it was our turn to go up to the window. The lady working the register did not talk to us right away, instead she turned to the worker next to her and said something rude about the family’s english who ordered ahead of us. I work in customer service so I understand the stress of dealing with work and customers, especially when it is busy. However, I felt like the comment about a Hispanic family, while working in a Mexican food truck was ironic and unnecessary to say in front of waiting customers who are also of ethnic descent.

This place used to serve awesome taco cones. Now they give you a little bit of barbacoa in your cone, which is so disappointing. Every time we come to Disney Spring we would get 3 taco cones. I don’t think we will be doing that anymore. I am disappointed.

What happened to you guys? You used to have great taco cones.. returned today and you half filled it with lettuce, 2 pieces of steak and the other half hollow/empty for almost $14?! Also the steak pieces before had smoke flavor - what was that boiled beef pieces today? Definitely not steak as before. Even left you 15% tips. I wish I knew what you are currently selling. So disappointed! It became a tourist trap I guess. I noticed the line was unusually smaller for a Friday night but now I see why.

Interesting taco cone but had after stale taste enough to upset our appetite and belly. Other dishes were too salty to my taste.

This food truck has great food but they do not open on time. Waited over an hour for them to open with family from Chicago because I raved about the barbacoa cone. Their website showed not only different hours but also different pricing. At 2:10 we asked the girl how much longer she said 10 minutes. Another 30 minutes past still not open. We were also told they were out of all ingredients for tacos. We ended up having to eat some where else, so disappointed as we drove 90 minutes to eat here.

We came to Disney's Springs on our trip to Walt Disney World and found this jewel of a food truck! Amazing food AND service! We had the taco cones with chicken and the black beans rice! Delicious ✨️

We got street tacos and burrito bowls. The food was extremely bland and it felt like there was nothing but some salt in it. The bowl is supposed to come with tortilla strips which would’ve probably made it more palatable but the were out of it.

I stopped by the 4 Rivers Cantina food truck at Disney Springs and tried the beef Birria Tacos, which come as a set of two. They were very flavorful and I would say a great snack. The seasoning on the beef was on point, and the tacos held together well without getting messy.

What really elevated the experience was the setting. Eating outside by the lake, with the energy of Disney Springs all around, made the meal feel even better. It’s the kind of spot where you can slow down for a moment, enjoy the breeze, and soak in that unmistakable Disney atmosphere.
