I absolutely enjoyed the doubles and aloo pies. Excellent! This is the best in the state of FL! Ask for pepper on the side. Slight for me seemed quite heavy.

Very disappointed. 11/23/24 I arrived at 11AM opening time and they were about 7 customers already in line. I waited 40 mins to an hour before I could place my order only to be told they ran out of aloo pies. My doubles was served cold, channa had absolutely no taste. I asked for heavy pepper with everything and some of the doubles had nothing in them. The ones that did, barely had enough pepper and sweet sauce that you can taste. Then there is the aloo pies. How can you run out in 40 mins of opening. I assumed you all sold most of it to your preorder customers the day before. Suggestion, allot a number of items for your preorder customers and for your on the spot customers. I came from an hour away and aloo pies already finished within the 1st hour of opening. I use to rate your doubles the best I've had in Florida. But yesterday had to be the worst doubles I've ever had.

I have been to A & A cuisine three times now, the roti has been consistently delicious. I usually get the shrimp curry, big juicy shrimp. I haven't had a chance yet to visit on a Saturday for the doubles, hopefully soon. I've also called in advance to order just the roti skin, you have to call by Wednesday to pick up on Friday. I would definitely recommend. The family who owns this food truck are just so nice and friendly, great customer service. I will visit anytime I am in town.

I can’t begin to express how it feels to have a little bit home brought to you every weekend! Instantly transport me back to my grandparents kitchen! One bite and it’s as if I’m back sitting on out on the gallery at my family home in Trinidad. I love the service, the food, the sounds of other Trinis waiting in line chatting…. Will follow this truck anywhere they go! THANK YOU for bringing us HOME. *Pepper.

Let me start by saying how excited we were to try this food truck. When we arrived it was a short line so we decided to wait. We drove 40 mins to get there because we found them on instagram. I do not understand why it took over an hour to serve less than 10 people.

It’s very unprofessional to have people waiting on a line for over an hour and not monitor your inventory. We waited over an hour on the line only to be told they ran out of food when it was my turn to order. Even before that she had me wait 10 mins in front of her while she finally gave people their food before telling me.

The courteous thing would have been to inform people on the line that it was running low instead of having us wait in the rain just to tell us you don’t have anymore food. Moreover having me wait right in front of you for 10 extra minutes without a word is rude.

It’s very unfortunate because I enjoy supporting local businesses especially Caribbean restaurants but not with this poor service.

The service is horrible. I don’t even know how the food is.

Make sure you are on an island time mindset before coming on Saturdays. I waited 1.5 hours in line and for my food. Delicious though!

This Family has been serving the UCF Orlando area since 2019. When I first met them, I never knew anything about Trini food. Nothing about Doubles, Aloo Pie or Bake & Shark. I was absolutely blown away by the flavor since I'm always looking for food rich in aromatic spices and ingredients.

This time, I ate the Curry Goat Roti, Bake & Shark Sandwich, and Chicken Pileau. If you're looking to feed your family before a day out at the mall, this is the one stop shop.

If you have some time on a weekend, consider stopping by for lunch. It's definitely one of the local hidden gems.
