Tried the rib burger, mahi-mahi fish sandwich, and fried yuca for lunch. Absolutely delicious! The cook on the burger was perfect and everything was so well flavored. Loved the onions with the yuca! We would come here for every meal but we have to give other places a chance. 😂

We had a wonderful dinner at Amatista cookhouse, and can’t wait to return. First, I was so excited that there was seating available on the patio. Second, the menu calls out dairy and gluten free options clearly—so if you have any allergies, this makes picking options easier. Most dishes can also be adjusted to make them dairy or gluten free.

We had the Caribbean chicken wings (these can be made GF on request!) the honey buffalo sauce is so good and is dairy...

Our waiter Jimmy provided the best and most welcoming service on our first ever time eating here. He was attentive and polite and offered great hospitality throughout our entire visit.
