We had an excellent experience at our second visit to Apero. We were guided by Rene and Daniel through their menu, both food and drink. Further, I was able to learn more about artisanal Vermouth and Amari. When it came time to try cocktails, their experience was evident with excellent, balanced creations. The cheese board was solid- one meat, and one cheese, but a ton of each. We split a pizza- also great. Valet parking available (free with validation), makes this an easy place for locals looking for a high quality, no drama craft cocktail bar on this side of town.

Stopped by the bar on the first level of the Conrad. Got the Colosseo cocktail, which was smooth and well balanced. The space has a big open bar area with plenty of tables around, making it a nice spot to relax with a drink.

We had the BEST vacation! Truly do not have a single complaint. Beautiful property, kind and friendly staff, and everything was very clean and well kept. Our entire family had the most amazing time!
BUT…we left my daughter’s Disney exclusive Lego set. In the Lego bag with other Lego trash…right next to the trash can. I almost didn’t even waste my time calling to see if it had been found since it was my fault…well I did and within literally 2 minutes of the phone call I had a text with a picture to confirm they had the item I was looking for. God bless you Roberto!

This place is the real definition of PARADISE. It's absolutely breathtaking. My husband and I were greeted warmly as soon as we arrived and everyone was accommodating. We loved our 4D/3N stay with Conrad. Food was delicious. Their gym was clean. Enjoyed the kayak. We can't wait to go back!
