“I was going there to meet up with a friend to have a late night snack and some drinks. The bartender had a major attitude. I was getting up to use the bathroom and she was coming in with some food in her hands. I moved to the side but I guess I didn't move far enough where she continued to roll her eyes at me and asked me to get out of her way, which I did. After I return from the bathroom she stated I was in her way and she didn't mean to get rude with me. I said you could have simply said excuse me instead of telling me to get out of your way. Before I went into the bathroom replace our order. My drink wasn't in front of me in 30 minutes later neither was the food. Yet a couple came in after us had their food and drinks in front of them. While we were still waiting.i then told my boyfriend let's go.The rude bartender didn't acknowledge us while we were there, as we were leaving stated what about our food not our drinks that we never got. My boyfriend started to explain as I walked out. He then followed. Won't be going back there ever!“
“I came with a party of 7 towards the end of the night we sat by the entrance . And our server Brian did amazing . Food came out quick . Nice and hot and he was on top of everything . Staff seemed to all get along and that says a lot about management and his team. So if I can give more stars to this restaurant and Brian I will. Great job and Brian keep up the good work . It’s nice to find servers who enjoy what they do“
“We go to this Applebee's every few months. We always get the 2 for $25 Grilled Chicken with broccoli and green beans. In the past, the green beans were whole and not cut and a good amount. The broccoli was steamed perfectly and also a good amount. However, on 2/18/25, the broccoli was overcooked and mushy and only a few bites. The green beans were cut in smaller pieces and in a small bowl. The bowl was not even 1/2 full. These portions are way too small.
The grilled chicken was delicious as usual. It has never been dry and is seasoned very nicely.“
“Keely was very pleasant and attentive to us even though it was obvious this location is understaffed.
Dietary restrictions: Keely was great at confirming my sandwich would not have cheese as I have a dairy allergy. It is great to know food restrictions are taken seriously.“
