I’m only giving 5 stars because the manager (I don’t know his name but he works the night shift often) was understandably overwhelmed due to it only being one other person on his shift with him and apparently that’s a norm (you guys should seriously consider aiding him with more help, that’s a lot to take on for just two people). Anyways, the manager felt as if he was a bit rude to me in tone, so he apologized, gave me a couple of extra items free of charge, and my food...

I arrived at approximately 9:40 PM. They close at 10. I used the drive thru service. It was quick and easy. Herman was the one who assisted me. He was very polite and got my order out right away. He also told me they were out of Arby’s sauce, which I absolutely love! He offered to pump some into a container so I would have my Arby sauce! Thank you Herman for going above and beyond and giving me great service!!
