I recently visited this Arby's location and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The food was flavorful, fresh, and prepared exactly as ordered. I ordered several items, including the Big Cheesy Bacon Beef Burger Meal, kids' slider meals, jalapeño bites, and mozzarella sticks. Everything had great taste, and the portions were satisfying.

I’m only giving 5 stars because the manager (I don’t know his name but he works the night shift often) was understandably overwhelmed due to it only being one other person on his shift with him and apparently that’s a norm (you guys should seriously consider aiding him with more help, that’s a lot to take on for just two people). Anyways, the manager felt as if he was a bit rude to me in tone, so he apologized, gave me a couple of extra items free of charge, and my food...
