$16 and change for a cheesteak, fries, and fountain soda is a bit too much to pay for lunch for only 1 person. The cheesteak was bland and did not promise the flavor and praise of calling it the best cheesteak in Orlando. I have had better elsewhere locally. The fries were cooked to order but extremely soggy and bland. I can't believe I paid an extra $0.30 to add seasoning to the fries, which is something that should not be charged. The fountain soda also disappointing tasted terrible, I think Art's needs to clean their soda lines.
Atmosphere is old, outdated, and gross. I guess that is just the "charm" of this place, but you can tell it is definitely not clean and not cleaned on a regular basis.
The service is probably the only saving grace here. Very friendly and courteous staff.
For a sandwich shop I would go elsewhere for better quality and price. I had high hopes for this place and left very disappointed.

I can't say enough great things about Art's Sandwich Shop! This local gem in Orlando serves up some of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The ingredients are always fresh, and the portions are generous. Whether you're in the mood for a classic deli sandwich or something a bit more creative, they have it all. The staff is friendly and makes you feel right at home, adding to the cozy, welcoming vibe. If you're looking for a delicious, no-frills meal, Art's is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Great food. I got a cheesesteak with extra onions and mushrooms. I wish the mushrooms weren’t canned, fresh would have been so much better. Excellent steak and I love the fries. Hot, crisp and delicious. The people working here are so nice.

This used to be the greatest sub shop in Orlando. Me and my grandparents have been going here for over 15 years. I Through drive-through or two subs, never got to touch them due to an car accident so I decided to call them up the next day to see if I can get them remade being a Loyal customer I think sure but I was refused and I honestly felt like as a 15 year loyal customer that I would’ve been granite a remake for 50 years of business, you would think they would appreciate their customers things change I won’t be returning

This place is a throw back to what all sandwich shops were before Subway. Good food, fair prices and quick service. I'd like to know what's up with all the Jack Black photos, if anyone knows. Does he own the place?

my husband and i stopped in for a late lunch when we came to orlando to see the rolling stones. great service where they treat you like they’ve known you forever, a warm welcome and told us a bit about the shop’s history! i got an italian sub and my husband got the cheesesteak and they were both great. we love supporting local business and art’s is one of our favorite places we’ve eaten in orlando. good food, good people!

OMG! It is sooo good. I went there two days in a row. The turkey is just STACKED on the sub. Potato salad delicious! Might be there tomorrow....
