This is it. This is grail espresso bean for any Orlando resident.I purchased the vienna in both medium dark (Arabica, Robusta), and Medium (Arabica). The ristretto shot I pulled was gorgeous with tons of crema, even out of a Breville Duotemp, and had so much body and flavor that I felt bad testing it in a latte. What a hidden gem! Worth the extra effort to find this place- the owner knows his farms/ farmers and brews in an artisanal manner with the most aromatic coffees- the natural process Ethiopia Yirgacheffe is so complex and

The coffee is great and service is perfect, they'll help you out with any questions/needs you have, the coffee is super fresh. Only downside is that they dont have any food/pastries but they're not a coffee shop
