This world is crazy enough and the only reliable source of joy I had wa via Auntie Anne until today!! Y'all should be ashamed! I hope y'all find God and correct your procedures! Spent over $20 and got hard, stale food. Asked for a small cup of tap water and was charged for it. Asked them to refill the first water cup that they forced me to pay for with literally nothing but tap water, no ice, no new cup, nothing, they said no, get in line and pay full price for another cup of tap water. I dont know what has happened to Auntie Annes but they are not the same company that I have loyally frequented for 20+ years.

What did they do to my pretzel? Instead of being soft, light, fluffy, and tasty, it tasted burned, overcooked and crispy. It was very disappointing and not the light and tasty soft pretzel I was expecting.

Ok, HANDS DOWN the BEST Cinnamon Pretzel I have ever had!! It was super soft, warm, and had tons of Cinnamon on it. WOW. Can't wait to go back!! Yummy!! Recommend downloading the their app.

Worst experience every my kids were getting cinnamon pretzels at the Florida Mall and the young lady was not wearing any gloves I asked another employee and then they started giving me attitude she was scratching her head then her finger was touching the pretzels that’s not sanitary worst experience they started to argue with me about me telling them that they should be wearing gloves but it was useless. The owner needs to really do something about the people they hire it’s not because you have a chain of businesses you need to make sure when your employees are dealing with food they should wear gloves. It’s the one by the food court by Michael Kors at Florida Mall.

I went to the cashier and asked if I could switch and told her what happened. The cashier was so rude she replied with “I asked you.” The lady at the cashier did asked me but I confused it with the other item. I work in the customer service industry and that is not how your response should be. Good thing the manager was friendlier than the cashier and helped me. The manager knows how to handle the situation without seeming to point fingers and blame the customer. It was an honest mistake and yet the cashier could not handle to be friendly and approachable; she doesn’t have a pleasing personality as well. It seemed like she does not want to be there.

Well first of all I felt like I was interrupting their social hour as I walked up. There was not much to choose from as it seemed like nothing had been made in a while. Too busy chatting. I got the pepperoni bites which ended up being very old. Very disappointing.
