Saw the positive reviews and decided to give this place a try. I will say we made the mistake of not looking at the low reviews as some of it was very true.

We asked for the veges to be removed from the spring rolls as our kid doesn't like ther herbs. They lady who made the rolls didnt even bother looking at the slip and added them in anyways. We tried the special Nem nuong rolls and was highly disappointed, should have called it lemongrass pork rolls instead and the sauce was not what you provide with Nem Nuong rolls.

The banh mi was alright, it lacked quality taste. All I tasted was the pate, which is good, but would have been better if the cold cuts or crispy pork was crispy. The baguette was not crispy so that also added to the dissappointment.

I'll give it 2 stars. Not the worst, but also not really good Banh Mi for the price. Also the spring rolls were okay.

I was extremely skeptical of Vietnamese food in Orlando as I am from New Jersey (heavy Vietnamese population and food). But, it was Michelin rated and I had to give it a try so I drove 30 mins to check it out. I ordered the Banh mi Boy, a Vietnamese iced coffee and a grilled Viet sausage summer roll. This place is LEGIT!!! Everything was incredible but the banh mi and Viet sausage summer roll were next level. One of the best banh mi's I have ever had in my life. HIGHLY recommend

Not sure how it’s on the Mich/Bib list. Decent banh mi. But I think it’s over hyped. Cool little market place it’s located in. The pork belly was 10000% fat, not an ounce of pro meat on it. Only fat. Looked fake and tasted horrendous. Good price. They were also microwaving huge plates of meat … not ideal.

The Char Siu Pork & The Philly Cheesestake were fire 🔥 but the star was that duck fried rice!

I ordered the roast pork belly banh mi which turned out to be a disappointing mix of flavorless pork that didn’t look like it’s actually “roasted” even though their menu says so. After forcing myself to eat this $9.95 dry and flavorless banh mi, I made a mental note not to do this again.

Extremely inconsistent. I don’t recommend getting anything here on the weekend. Seems like the Z team is always working and the quality of the banh mi is never as good as on the weekdays.

This drink is “muah” perfecto. With the touch of pandan flavor. Made it all worth the drive. Ofc that isn’t the main reason. I got some fruit sandos that were out of this world too. Fluffy and amazing. Came here around the time they open and it was already a good amount of people. I suggest going early tho. I have heard how busy this place can get.

Bánh Mì Boy genuinely deserves its 2025 MICHELIN Guide Bib Gourmand designation! The Bánh Mì Boy Special I ordered was superb. It featured a rich blend of cold cuts, house paté, jalapeño, cucumber, cilantro, and pickled carrot/daikon. The baguette was the star: a light, airy French bread with a delicate, crisp crust and a pillowy interior. A must-try! I'll be back for more.

Really wanted to like this place but the service here is terrible. We waited 30 mins for two Banh Mi and there was barely any people in the food mall. The sandwich was lukewarm, bread was cold and they made everyone's sandwich at the same time so someone that ordered 5 mins ago gets their sub but we have to wait for 30 mins? Make it make sense. Overpriced cold food. It is not first come first serve and previous orders do not take priority.
I will say the portions are generous but this is my second time here and the service was the same with significantly more people inside. Banh Mi Y Nhu is way faster and better priced, less people.
