Went through the drive thru to get mint chocolate chip ice cream , they stated they didn’t have it out yet. Very unprofessional & just lazy. If a paying customer is requesting a certain flavor , get it for them. They were being very lazy and did not want to pull out the ice cream.

Came here for a quick grab and go and Dakota helped me with the ice cream 🍨 super friendly even though they didn’t have the ice cream that I wanted he maid it to where I was happy thanks my guy don’t forget on Friday 9/26/25 they have dollar 💵 scoops enjoy ! It’s very empty so it’s a plus !

Low options of icecream, and they close at 9 but I went at 8pm and doors closed, both of the employees were cleaning and only taking order drivetrhu. In uber eats they have listed flavors that are unavailable in store. How I can know if it deserves the time going to get icecream if I don’t know the flavors availability in store and when I try to call store no one answers. Other than that store looks clean and nice

I ordered a cake from this location from my friends birthday. I came in to pick it up after receiving a email that it was ready. Turns out they didn’t have it and the cake maker never received the email, which doesn’t add up since I got a confirmation email. I was incredibly disappointed and canceled the order. The staff was nice enough to try and help figure out what went wrong but overall I don’t recommend this location.

Bought a specialized cake for my birthday, the edible image I added was wrinkled and wasn’t even centered like how I ordered it. The actual cake itself wasn’t even the one I ordered. After calling the store 5 times, no answer either time I decided to go into the store. I was told by the employee that there was nothing they could do since it’s sent to them by the company, the only thing they could do was for me to leave the cake and give me a refund. Which I would’ve left me with no cake for my birthday?!! Terrible system. Terrible experience. On top of that the baskin Robbin’s customer service is down.

Horrible place , they almost NEVER have half of their inventory. Especially for the baskin robin side. Always something broken or no inventory till next week. What they LOVE to say. If you’re never going to have something might as well just shut it down. A simple cappuccino blast and 10 times out of 1 they’ll have it. The 9 times out 10 machine is always down. Ice cream always low. It’s just so un organized and worst part is this is the only close one in Orlando. Next one is in Kissimmee. Horrible.

I order a strawberry shake. I never had a milk shake that they add simple syrup.... that's a no no..... and the chocolate chip ice-cream did not taste good. and it took forever to.

I was in the drive thru today December 18th at 4:08pm and politely asked what ice cream flavors were available, and the lady who was taking orders in the drive thru didn’t want to tell me the flavors and told me to come inside. The place didn’t have any clients inside or outside in the drive thru, so it wasn’t in a rush time. She could’ve told me the flavors and be nicer since she wasn’t doing anything inside.

So, my wife and I went in to get ice cream. I wanted a banana split, I looked and wanted chocolate chip mint x2 and strawberry for mine, and they didn't have any chocolate chip mint, I said nope, I don't want anything let's go. Danyla was waiting on us, she said wait, is there any in our freezer, I looked and there was, she took one of them out and made me the banana split I wanted. That was awesome of her to do that, my wife and I had our ice creams and left happy. Thank you Danyla 👋 🤠 from ITSJBTV

Placed an order on the app using a coupon code only to arrive at the store to find out that they had no ice cream. Nobody knew how the app worked or could be bothered to help me troubleshoot getting a refund to at least get my coupon code back so I could go to a different location.

Ice cream was sub-par, but Javier made our experience worth it. Was having lots of trouble with the app, and he was patient and kind for the ten minutes it took me to figure out the app needed an update for my coupon to work. He's doing a great job- A+ customer service, deserves a raise.
