I order a strawberry shake. I never had a milk shake that they add simple syrup.... that's a no no..... and the chocolate chip ice-cream did not taste good. and it took forever to.

I was in the drive thru today December 18th at 4:08pm and politely asked what ice cream flavors were available, and the lady who was taking orders in the drive thru didn’t want to tell me the flavors and told me to come inside. The place didn’t have any clients inside or outside in the drive thru, so it wasn’t in a rush time. She could’ve told me the flavors and be nicer since she wasn’t doing anything inside.

So, my wife and I went in to get ice cream. I wanted a banana split, I looked and wanted chocolate chip mint x2 and strawberry for mine, and they didn't have any chocolate chip mint, I said nope, I don't want anything let's go. Danyla was waiting on us, she said wait, is there any in our freezer, I looked and there was, she took one of them out and made me the banana split I wanted. That was awesome of her to do that, my wife and I had our ice creams and left happy. Thank you Danyla 👋 🤠 from ITSJBTV

Placed an order on the app using a coupon code only to arrive at the store to find out that they had no ice cream. Nobody knew how the app worked or could be bothered to help me troubleshoot getting a refund to at least get my coupon code back so I could go to a different location.

Ice cream was sub-par, but Javier made our experience worth it. Was having lots of trouble with the app, and he was patient and kind for the ten minutes it took me to figure out the app needed an update for my coupon to work. He's doing a great job- A+ customer service, deserves a raise.

On 06/02/24 around 6:30 pm. I visited this Baskin Robins even after reading the only 2 reviews postings which were unflattering. Both reviews complained about the service and lack of food. Both reviews were more than a year old. One review was actually 3 years old. And both were accurate about bad service. On this day I visited wanting a banana split. Unlike the first review, they had bananas. The first employee was clueless on how to make a banana split. The second employee was equally incompetent. There was no chocolate ice cream so I settled for rocky road. The incompetent employee put a whole banana in the boat and proceeded to put the ice cream next to it. I tried to explain to him how to cut the banana length wise and place it on either side of the boat. That information went over his head. He had no skills on how to make a banana split. What training did he receive? Did he even pay attention? I’ll never go there again.

This location is supposed to be open until 9 Sunday but I guess they made sure to lock the lobby doors with staff visible indoors in the back. Guess they don't need the money.
