Great Food, Terrible Service Experience

I’ve visited Bawarchi multiple times because the food is consistently delicious — no complaints there. However, the customer service, especially from one specific lady who’s always present during my visits, has repeatedly been terrible.

This particular lady, who appears slightly older, behaves as if she owns the place. She’s rude, unwelcoming, and dismissive. What makes it even more frustrating is that there are a few younger staff members who are actually polite and try to help with any concerns. But every time, this lady interrupts them, shuts them down, and insists that everything be done her way — regardless of how it affects the customer experience.

This has happened to me on several occasions, not just once, and it’s reached a point where I’m done giving chances. No matter how good the food is, the consistent disrespect and poor service from this one individual have ruined the experience for me.

I hope the management seriously looks into this issue and gives more authority to the kind, helpful staff — not the ones making customers feel unwelcome.

I’m a regular customer at Bawarchi and usually have a good experience. I often do split payments using both cash and card, and it’s never been an issue. However, today the two girls working there weren’t very friendly. Their attitude felt off, and the way they carried themselves didn’t feel welcoming. I hope it was just a one-off situation, but I wanted to share my honest feedback.

We came late and the staff helped us and welcomed us.

The food was wonderful we had butter chicken, chicken 65, , naan garlic bread, and Goat biryani.

We ordered veg keema biryani, and it took 1 hour 30 minutes to arrive.
Even worse, they gave me chicken biryani instead , an absolute disgrace.
There are only 2-3 people managing the place, and they clearly can’t handle it.
Such poor service.
