Maybe an off-night? ... we ordered 3 Sirloin steaks and the cut was chewy, small and not trimmed well. More like a Diner steak :( The sear and seasoning were spot on though. The Bison steak was more flavorful. Ordered bread, disappointed for what they provided for $7, should have been a freebie for all. Nice atmosphere. Probably won't be going back....

Bigfire is a beautiful restaurant with great ambiance located in Universal. Known for their spectacular steaks and incredible service, this restaurant is a must-visit. The Maple Chicken and NY Strip are highly recommended entrees. The Salmon dish is to die for, fresh and perfectly cooked, with a nice grill taste that customers really enjoy. Customers praise the friendly service from Josh, who checked on them often and made sure their experience was better than a previous bad one. Many agree that it’s the best place they ate at City Walk, with prompt, courteous, and caring servers. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for enjoying a great meal. An additional highlight is the bourbon cheese fondue with cola pork, praised for its creative and delicious flavor. Bigfire also offers high-quality burgers served with toasted buns, juicy 1/2 lb beef cooked to preference, melted orange cheese, fresh bright red tomato, high-quality crispy lettuce, and special sauce that enhances the flavor. The burger is finished with a char engraving and comes with delicious parmesan French fries. Overall, Bigfire provides a wonderful dining experience with fantastic food, great views, and attentive staff.
