I can’t find my message. I left three days ago regarding the ransom payment to get my car back from valet parking. But since then the hotel reached out and tried to blame it on anybody except they’re stupid policy and offered to repay the $57. I have not seen the credit on my credit card nor have I received the promised phone call that it was all taken care of two days ago! Par for the course.
Moreen is an excellent bartender. She really did her thing. Her service was impeccable. The food was splendid as well. Service is always important for a great dining experience. Love love the place.

The atmosphere is so relaxing and peaceful. Our server was very attentive to us without being overbearing. We had our food delivered poolside. It came out very hot & delicious! We had the Birria grilled cheese. It is-pressed cubano bread, beef short rib, cojita cheese, pepper jack & cheddar cheese, banana pepper, red onion & cilantro. We also ordered a couple lazy day lemonades which were on point! I will definitely be ordering here again!

AMAZING SERVICES!! Mandy is magnificent!
Had a lunch at this restaurant with another conference attendee. We decided to split the bill 50/50, both gave the waitress our credit cards. Few days later when I checked my credit card statement I found out that my card was charged for the full amount. Why would they do it if I signed only for my half? Tried to call the hotel multiple times, they were never able to connect me with the restaurant. Left my number with the message, nobody ever called me back. I believe what they did is very wrong, the matter is not about the money. Very unethical and unprofessional.

Very nice and friendly employees
The Ritz-CarltonOrlando Grande Lakes offers 11 restaurants to satisfy the whims of its visitors and the Bleu Pool Bar is probably the finest poolside restaurant we've ever encountered. Open from 11 to 6 Sunday through Thursday and 11 to 7 on Friday and Saturday, this Caribbean-inspired, al fresco restaurant serves tacos, sandwiches, classic burgers, fresh seafood, salads and cocktails. Having spent a winter in Chicago, my wife and I were eager to get a glimpse of the Florida sun. We started with chips and salsa, chicken tenders and Caesar salad with romaine lettuce, shaved parmesan, focaccia croutons, white anchovies and Caesar dressing. My wife had a fish sandwich with butter lettuce, tomato and key lime tartar sauce on a house-made sesame seed bun with dill pickle and fries. I enjoyed a Classic Burger with butter lettuce, tomato, red onion, secret sauce and American cheese on a house-made sesame seed bun with dill pickle, bacon and fries. For dessert, we shared a strawberry key lime parfait and a dark chocolate, roasted pineapple parfait. We washed it all down with two specialty non-alcoholic drinks, Bleu lemonade and sparkling strawberry lemonade.
We had a late lunch while staying at the Ritz-Carlton. The chips and salsa consisted of both stale and chewy chips. The salsa was some of the worst that I've been served. My husband had wings, which were overcooked. I had the Mahi-Mahi tacos, which were bland and served with the same nasty salsa. Service was marginal, but an 18% tip was automatically added to the bill. For less than half the price, we have had far better meals in Ohio. I realize that the pricing was in line with the location, but serving bad food? Hard pass!
Food was barely warm. Server did not come by until almost finished.
