Can't thank your staff enough for helping my dad tonight! We were attending an event which had limited information and all 4 of your staff knew how to best help us. We weren't even staying at the hotel. Rockstar employees 🤩
My family and I had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes. The customer service was exceptional, and every detail of the property was beautiful and well-maintained. We felt truly welcomed and can’t wait to return ❤️

The Lobby Lounge provides a good overall experience, though it can be quite pricey. The tea service includes limited refills and no second round of sandwiches, and they may charge for children. The staff, including Lorena, are attentive and make guests feel welcomed, adding warmth to the experience. The lounge is cozy and inviting, with quick and friendly service. Guests can enjoy a good drink selection and a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a special occasion or a casual outing. While suitable for a one-time visit, some may find the cost high for what is offered.
