Can't thank your staff enough for helping my dad tonight! We were attending an event which had limited information and all 4 of your staff knew how to best help us. We weren't even staying at the hotel. Rockstar employees 🤩
My family and I had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes. The customer service was exceptional, and every detail of the property was beautiful and well-maintained. We felt truly welcomed and can’t wait to return ❤️

The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes offers an extraordinary experience with a clean pool, beautiful rooms, and exceptional staff. Guests can enjoy various activities like kayaking, mountain biking, and tennis, as well as relaxing at the spa with treatments like the rose pedal experience. The hotel's restaurants provide top-notch dinner service. Visitors appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, who consistently greet guests with smiles. The upkeep of the resort is commendable, with staff dedicated to maintaining the property’s beauty. However, some guests have noted that certain light fixtures in the rooms can be difficult to operate. While the hotel is gorgeous and spotless, the location may not be ideal for those wishing to explore entertainment outside the property, as it is somewhat remote by Orlando standards.
