The food is good but the toast is garbage. From the first order I had in room service it was hard and cold and burnt. When I went to the restaurant in person the next day I asked for lightly toasted sourdough. They brought me burnt toast again and I asked if I could have lightly toasted one more time but they never returned. I paid for burnt pucks twice.
