It’s an amazing place to visit plus you can get to Disney is like 10 minutes
Plus idrive has so much stuff to see & do it’s a great location here

I don’t even know where to start! We had been communicating with a David who was supposed to meet us upon arrival, that never happened. We got checked in. The room was decent. Outdated for a Marriott and Sheraton. We were there for 5 days and 4 nights. The villa came with a full kitchen however the oven didn’t work, they claimed engineering came in which we were gone but it still never worked. Fine, not a huge issue. The issue was the party people above us! Stomping and carrying on until 3/4am EVERY night! To the point things were shaking on the walls! We spoke with Emma Maier (the assistant director of the front desk) along with Carlos and Jose from “security” because the people above refused to answer their door or phone they said there wasn’t anything they could due since the resort was at capacity. So for 4 nights we got an hour or two of sleep. They could care less about the Sheraton standards let alone the guest staying on property. Absolutely disappointing and will never again! Do not stay here!

We had nothing but problems at this resort, to the point that we ended up leaving and eating the cost because they refused a refund. Dirty, smelly rooms, room wasn’t ready, long transport wait times. When we finally made it to our room it smells like an old musty gym bag. Then the people in the room next to us were smoking and set off the smoke detector which then went off in our room as the rooms were wired together. So we ended up having to stay in the hallway for about 30 mins until maintenance came to fix jt. It was just one issue after another and the staff were just not helpful. I’m so disappointed with this whole experience that it has turned me off to Marriott hotels altogether for good.
If you’re staying at the Sheraton Vistana Villages resort and thinking this would be a great, resort-service style restaurant, my advice is to readjust your expectations. The restaurant is nearly completely self-service from getting your own utensils and menu, seating yourself, ordering your food through an app, and cleaning your own table. There are no servers floating around to assist with issues or needs, etc., no free refills. Just keep this in mind. My biggest complaint was the food quality. My husband ordered a burger and upon its arrival, we realized the cheese paper had been left on it and served to us… it was really obvious and I’m not sure how they missed it. I ordered the shrimp fiesta bowl, which came with a sad 5 scrawny shrimps priced at $18 for a little corn, 2 lime wedges and 4 small pieces of pineapple for $18. It was really lackluster, and lived up to the reputation of hotel food being less than average. I would say airport food is better.

I do not understand the good reviews of this restaurant. While we had great service and the place was clean, the food and drinks were terrible. The Margarita and Watermelon Margarita tasted terrible. Not sure if it was cheap tequila or just made incorrectly. We had Shrimp tacos, Chicken Avocado Wrap, Pulled Pork Sandwich and the Cesar Salad. No flavor, lack of quality ingredients and OK portions. It was mediocre at best. Cups are plastic, dishes are biodegradable paper or small metal sheet pans with tissue. Silverware was also a biodegradable plastic. We spent $100 (with tip) on a meal that was just not good.
FYI, any place that charges $18 for 6 chicken wings is insane. $21 for flats. Pizza oven hasn’t been working for 6 weeks per the waiter.

A decent food option located inside the Sheraton Vistana villages. Would recommend if you don’t want to try anything fancy and just chill by the poolside.

Tried this place twice and they got my order wrong both times. The second burger was so gross I was afraid to eat it. Ordered a burger rare and was given a grey mushy mess of a patty. If you order in person, they take ages. If you order by phone, they'll give you an hour estimated wait time and you won't be able to call them directly if you need to make changes or cancel your order. Their only listed number is the main resort's, and you'll have to wait on hold until they transfer you, so you can wait on hold until the restaurant sends you to voice-mail. Service was terrible and slow overall but gave them two stars because at least they didn't make a fuss when I returned that nasty burger.
