My husband and I really want to like this Brewery because the original location is the closest brewery to us. We have gone several times since they purchased it from Castle Church Brewing (which we lived) and the beer quality is not good. A couple times my husband is certain he can taste cleaning chemicals in the beer. I ordered the Strawberry Blonde a couple weeks ago and it had no Strawberry taste. had some time to kill before picking someone up at the airport so I stopped in here. beautifully decorated inside. Good selection of beer and other drinks. The young woman behind the bar was very nice and very attentive. I had the strawberry blonde and the milk stout. Even though I'm not usually a darker beer kind of person, the milk stout was my favorite of the two. It was slightly sweet and had a hint of chocolate taste to it. These guys stepped in when another brewery closed. Love that they have an American IPA (west coastish) and it was GOOD , instead of just the New England(tired of that same old taste) IPA .
Great for parties as they were having two large parties when we were there. They even had a couple guest tapped ciders on for my girlfriend. With good music and the two parties, I could still talk to my neighbor at the bar.
