The food is good. However, they force a tip onto your bill through a "service fee." The "fee" is about 15% of your bill. Then they had the audacity to spin that tablet around and ask for a tip. I don't support forced tips. There are no waiters. They put your food on the counter, and you have to go get it.Won't be coming back. Shame since the food is good.
Used to eat here a couple times a week. It started with a decline of food then the last straw was the 15% service fee. The second I saw that was the last time I went. Too many good close restaurants that are similar that don’t do this.

We love the food and the arepas at La Fuente!! But every time we come there is someone new with the worst attitude ever. Extremely poor customer service and lack of kindness. They really need to step up in the customer service.
