We came to eat dinner after a long, hot day at Universal. We didn’t wait long at all for a table or our food once we ordered. The food was decent. Not great, not terrible. Our waitress, Melanie, was excellent however! She interacted with us, asked us a lot of questions out Forest Gump and was such a sweetheart! She constantly checked in with us, kept our drinks refilled and made sure we were well taken care of. We’d come back just for her! Thanks so much Melanie!

Service was great but the food quality was poor. The shrimp are not hand breaded and taste unseasoned. They taste like something from the freezer section at Sam’s club. Don’t waste your money here.

Melanie was a great server! The atmosphere is so cool. Our food was however overcooked but they made it right. We got the coconut shrimp instead and it was fantastic!

We had blessings as our server she was nice and did well we got our Mac and Cheese late but it was okay because they took it off the check the food was great I would like to come back.

Great experience at Bubba Gump in Orlando today! Finished up at Universal with my wife and daughter (her 9th birthday) and our daughter wanted to eat here. Doug was our waiter, he was very nice, knowledgeable of the menu, played a little trivia with us and responsive! Great server! Spinach artichoke dip was tasty, shrimp ravioli was fantastic and bourbon street mahi was good too! To top it off the staff came out and sang a birthday song with an ice cream sandwich. Great time all around! Thanks Doug for being a rockstar waiter and making our meal that much better!

The manager Jeff was awesome! He was very polite and super supportive to his staff. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Universal studios. Awesome place!

Savannah was the absolute best waitress i have ever had from Forest Gump trivia to knowing about everything on the menu that I asked about . The food was good but the service was what set it apart.

Are here as a large group after visiting Universal studios.
The team did very well in taking the orders and separate checks for 11 of us! I had the salmon and shrimp combo. Salmon was grilled beautifully, whilst shrimp was large and juicy. The rice and fluffy and the broccoli was just al dente - perfect! honestly, cannot grumble with the food, but was a little on the expensive side (anyone say tourist trap?)
Great for lovers of the film and good food.
Was great to see many props around the restaurant and had it not been quite as busy, I definitely would have taken a little time to look at more.

Down home atmosphere. Staff is very attentive, courtesy and well trained. Will definitely visit again. The only bad thing I can say is they don't validate parking and we ended up paying $32 to park.

Enjoyed our dinner here sooo much! Food was YUM, Drinks were GREAT, & our waiter was so engaging & FUN! We did not drive we used water taxi to city walk. Unsure of parking situation at city walk.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! I was surprised how engaged our teens were in the Gump trivia we played with our waiter.

We had a great time at Bubba Gumps. Our Waiter, Doug, was exceptional. He told us lots of jokes and was patient with our kids. You most definitely will want him.
The good was great and didn’t take too long. We were able to get seated at 5pm on a Thursday evening with 4 people right away. Love all the movie props everywhere and atmosphere. Kids meals come in cute little paper boats.
