Confisco Grille is underrated treasure spot at the Island of Adventure! Their food is fantastic and service is exceptional. We tried it on our very first visit a few years ago and made sure to return on our recent trip. It's a great break from all the standard park junk food and wonderful way to try something new without leaving the park. We had curry muscles as appetizer: great flavor and perfectly cooked. Then my daughter had Quesabirria and I had Paccheri de la Confisco....read full review
