Had a 2:15 reservation. Sat down waiter was Don. Restaurant was half full. 40 minutes later still no food. Got the reason the kitchen is busy. Once again 1/2 the restaurant had empty seats. One hour later I told Don I'm leaving. His response, "OK". No Manager came over to offer help. Walked out, no one cared. I'll never walk in again. Horrible experience. Management should have attended to this issue. I am just a number.

So many great things to say,First we would like to praiseServer ( Joshua ) for his effort and attention.Also a Big praise for (Chef Joel F) for his time making sure our meal did NOT have any food allergy ingredients.Because of their efforts , it made a very memorable last meal.Wife = The Pad Thai , exceeded some meals we've had at privately owned restaurants.My self = Wagyu Beef sliders.I now truly understand the fascination , the intensity of the beef flavor, plus how well crafted the slider was made, soft slightly toasted bun, fresh crisp lettuce, cheddar, and crisp bacon.FANTASTIC.Unfortunately I couldn't have the Garlic aoli .The Chef will understand.We don't "Give out" 5 stars.They have to be earned.5 ?

We went for our anniversary dinner after being pass holders for a couple months now and we loved it! The food was super yummy and the portions were a good bang for your buck. Would definitely recommend the spinach and artichoke dip. Our server Alex was also very kind and attentive, if you’re ever there ask for Alex. Best sit down restaurant in Islands of Adventure, I’d even say come here over Mythos.

Tried Confisco Grille for the first time today. Great service, the staff were super nice, especially our server Beth. (I believe that was her name). Unfortunately the curry I ordered was really bad. There was about a centimetre of water at the bottom of the dish and it was lukewarm like it had sat on the side for a while. The naan bread was really hard and there was no garlic, despite the menu describing it as a garlic naan. There was the tiniest bit of the raita sauce which probably had the most flavour of the whole dish. It was so bland that I couldn't eat it and actually sent it back. Again the staff were lovely and took it off of my bill, but I really don't believe that dish is worth the $26.95 price tag even if it had been hot. My partner had the bahn mi sandwich which he said was okay. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip to share. The dip was edible, but was very burnt on the top like it had been microwaved/broiled for too long and the dip had become somewhat solid. The flavour was okay though. Overall we liked the staff and the atmosphere, but after our experience with the food, we probably wouldn't return.

Big fans of Confisco Grille! A great alternative to traditional theme park dining! We have tried everything here from nachos and sandwiches to ribs and risotto and never had a bad dish. Service can be slow sometimes, but not bad overall. Ask to sit on the upstairs balcony for best views!

I ordered the wood fired chicken sandwich and was very disappointed ? Sounded delicious on the menu but was a dry tiny piece of chicken breast lost between 2 pieces of dried bread with 2 small slices of tomato, piece of lettuce, balsamic and a tad of cheese. The fries that came with it were cold when they came out. My husband ordered curry chicken and he said it had no flavor. My daughter ordered the wings and she did enjoy those. The waitress was not attentive and didn't check on us. Overall we were very disappointed and will not be returning.

The food is not good. Sorry to say it. I am a passholder and I love Islands of Adventure so I really wanted to like this place…but I am sorry that I wasted my money here. I went on two different occasions. Server was not that great either. His attitude was cold and not very friendly.

Food was pretty good...except the jasmine rice. Got quite a few hard ones.....could have cooked fresh rice in the time it came….we did wait a while for the food after ordering…and it was not very busy….walked in and made the reservation and were seated pretty much right away.Also our server Stephanie was nowhere to be found for the most part.It was an unfortunate dining experienceService really brought this rating down two stars….otherwise it could’ve been a 4.

Service was the worst ! We sat down for our 1:30 reservation and nobody came over to ask us for drinks until 2. However others were greeted promptly and got their food faster. I wonder what the difference could have been. The guys was so super slow and the where we sat was no light at all. We couldn’t even see what we weee eating again others that came after with the same amount in there party sat in better seats. The server to the manager were awful
I’ve always gotten drinks here but yesterday I was by myself and wandered in wanting to eat something. I was pleasantly surprised to have eaten a fantastic lunch inside islands. The portions were huge I didn’t eat it all. I got the baked chicken sandwich it was crispy and exactly what I wanted! Service was good while it was very busy and I was seated fairly quickly. I will be coming back!

Saw our food sit in the pass for over 15 min. Saw another persons plate be there for 30 min. Don’t bother if they can’t even get orders out correctly while you wait for your food to overcook. The only reason this restaurant is still open is because it’s on the property of Universal.
