Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

I love Buca, but the food didn't taste like it used to. It has been a while since I have visited. It's a shame really as the only one near me is over 2 hours away. It will likely be the last time I go.

Nice dinner with family. 3:00 PM, not crowded. Service was good. We will come back again soon. For us it is a hours drive to Bucca

It was great...we were so lucky to have Jose as our waiter...he's phenomenal, service with a smile, friendly, and attentive. Food was delicious, hot, and flavorful...ambience was also great, Frank Sinatra music, you can't beat that.

We had a wonderful server and he was very knowledgeable and accommodating! The food quality has definitely gone down and the price has gone up! We ordered about 6 things, and cost us almost $400! Without tip! Everybody was great!!!! Let me emphasize on that! Price and quality, definitely isn't the same.

Our server was wonderful! The staff was friendly and engaging and made my birthday meal so much fun. Loved it!

11th year in a row celebrating my daughters birthday at a Buca. This was on the lower end of overall experience. Food was excellent, greeting staff was wonderful. Service was below normal expectations. We had the kitchen seat and for a slow tuesday night, wait for service was longer than expected. I guess we had grown accustomed to the free meatball at that table, when asked, the waitress stated as she was walking away that "thats at the chef's discretion and theres no chef" Overall, it was a good experience and we will be back next year. Previously we had visited Jacksonville, Louisville, and Maitland location. We will be back next year and plan to spend other special occasions at this Buca. Not looking for compensation just wanted to share our experience.

I was with my wife at Macy's, and then this beautiful restaurant caught our attention. From the moment we walked in, we were amazed by all the photos of important objects they have. The place looks like a museum inside. The truth is that this place is full of Italian history. The food is 100% Italian, and the service is excellent, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. The wait time is not long, and once you arrive, you are assigned a table. The gentleman who served us was very attentive and friendly. We are looking forward to trying more things, but that will be for next time. I recommend this beautiful place if you are one of those who enjoy a good atmosphere and good Italian food.
