I went in to order a 6 piece boneless wings to go. It said it’d be ready in 6 minutes on the app when I ordered but after I placed it the order said it’d would take 40 minutes. I wanted to cancel the order so I went inside. While someone was actively helping me at least 3 people came through to make sure i was being helped so the service was absolutely amazing. Then the manager came up to cancel the order for me but as he was doing it he casually asked me what the problem was. I told him it was going to take too long and I couldn’t wait and he instantly went into the kitchen and made my order for me. He gave me like 8 pieces. It was truly a 10/10 experience. Everyone who works at the location is great.

I’ve been coming to Buffalo wild wings since 2000. I used to go to iDrive Because I live near there and I got the mango habanero wings. They were the best, Meaty, spicy and the beer was cold. Now I come to university, and they used to be like that. This is the third time I’ve come here and I can’t do it again. Overcooked tiny wings, and very slow service. My wings were like shoe leather because they were so small and overcooked. I hate to say that I will never be coming back here again because I can cook them better at my house with your sauce from the store.

The music was literally blaring at 4 pm on a a thursday with maybe 3 tables in there. Our server was nice but we waited on just mozzarella sticks for probably 45 minutes. Our server even came back and asked if we had gotten them already. Our actual wings came out before them. The food was good that thursday boneless bogo is an awesome deal everyone should take advantage of. After we asked for the check we put a card down and our server just never came back?? She would stand at the pick up counter waiting for people to come in. We waited for another 15ish minutes before just going up to the pickup counter to pay and she started saying bye to us like we had already paid. We literally couldve just walked out without paying (we would never just making a point) bdubs did not bring the boom today :(

Came to this location on Christmas Eve and Alex took our Togo order, hands down the best service I've ever received at this company!!! Being in food service myself, I know what it means to take care of your customers. She was attentive, friendly and our food came out fast and perfect!!! I'll def be back!!!!
