When I asked for my drinks prior to getting my to-go order, my server decided to give a lecture to me to NOT lie about getting my drinks if somebody asks if I received them. I'm a paying customer, and would've appreciated not being treated like I'm going to pilfer a couple sodas from BWW.

It was pretty loud. We were almost the last customers of the day. The music playing over the intercom was particularly loud.
My food portion was somewhat small. Kind of Flavorful but not significantly so. I had Street Tacos.
Now that chocolate caramel drizzled martini was out of this world.

All in all we were disappointed. Server had just gotten a 20 top. We stood until someone finally walked up and said sit where you like. Sat there for quite a while until the young man that had the 20 top asked if he could take our order. Saw several other servers and bartenders that could have offered to help the guy, he had a great attitude even though he was way overwhelmed. Food was decent, runner brought out food without silver, never had anyone else ask if we needed anything. It appeared a few more waitstaff came in close to 6:00. I think I would go elsewhere based on this experience… booths were in pretty bad shape, could have actually snagged clothing, again rough experience overall. Does corp BWW ever get out to see what’s going on? Perhaps more $ on staff and upkeep and less on cool commercials?

Food was cold and not very appealing. Buffalo Chicken wrap was straight breading, wings were cold and hours old looking. On the bright side our server was amazing! Nelly was on top of drinks, napkins and the experience. She was a vibe!
Only two people in restaurant. Took a while to get drinks. Food took about 30 min. Drinks were not refilled while waiting for food. When food finally came out, was not even close to what we ordered. This is the third time in three weeks I have had lunch there. I have had a similar experience every time. Great atmosphere but not great service. May be better at different hour of the day. Idk
