We had dinner here on our last night at Royal Pacific. Bula Bar is the pool bar at the property and offers a nice menu and drinks. It's a great atmosphere, during the day, and was pretty darn romantic at night. Check out my pics! We had the Shipwrecked Loaded Nachos with beef and they were gorgeous. Large portion and delicious. Also had the turkey wrap as well as a brew and a Hurricane. Service was quick and friendly as well. An 18% gratuity was added to the bill, so be aware of that. It was a wonderful way to spend our last night in Orlando.

The service is consistently prompt and friendly! We've been coming here for 20 years and have never had a bad experience. Colin and his sthat's have always. It's been engaging, informative, and entertaining! We sometimes joke the Bula Bar is our 'home away from home.' But truthfully, it feels like home because of Colin and his staff! The food and drinks are consistently good and tropically themed! We hope to come back for the next 20 years!!! A great big shout out to you guys! Thanks for making all our vacations here so memorable!!!

My family and I all agree this is the best food and service at Pacific Royal. Staff is so friendly and fast. Yes you’re going to spend a little more for alcoholic beverages here but they bring them out quick and they are genuinely kind. Plus your pool side in the sun and fun. What more do you want?!We all liked: pork and chicken tacos, turkey wrap, and HULI-HULI CHICKEN SANDWICH.

Service was great but food was of very low quality. The tomato soup was canned tomato sauce, heated up. No herbs, no cream - nothing was added beside salt and a dust of black pepper here and there. Grilled cheese that came with it was what you’d expect out of a deli. If you’re staying at the hotel, do yourself a service and plan eating somewhere else because the other restaurants within the hotel offer the same low quality food.

Very pricey which is expected for a place like this but the quality of the food did not meet expectations. We spent close to $70 for hamburgers, mac n cheese and french fries which were really not worth the price. Even if we are willing to spend during vacation, we would rather spend elsewhere.The staff were really nice. 2 stars for the staff.
Great option for dinner after the park! Entire family LOVED the food and drinks!! Our waiter Daniel was wonderful. Everything tasted fresh and delicious! Highly recommend!

I’m honestly surprised by some of the other reviews. Yes, the drinks are very expensive - but what do you expect at a poolside bar at this type of resort? We’ve eaten here countless times over the years, including a couple of quick meals on our recent trip last month. Service has been great on every occasion, and for a pool bar the food is good too. Really nice fish tacos and great chicken quesadillas. Nice place to spend a couple of hours when you want a break from the parks.

Surprisingly good! Maybe we were all nust super hungry after our flight feom Boston to Orlando but everyone finished their plates. I did not have high expectations for this poolside spot. I figured it would be salty and over sweet and not satisfying at all. I was pleasantly surprised. The Chicken Quesadilla appetizer was pretty good. My Pork Tacos were really good. My wife liked her Turkey Wrap, my son enjoyed his Black Bean Quesadilla, and my daughter said her pizza was awesome. I did not set the bar high going in but this place cleared it easily. We will probably eat here again before the vacation is over. UPDATE - 2nd day here and another lunch by the pool. This time we had Chicken Nachos, kids Hot Dog, and another kids Pizza. Everything tasted good again. Expensive but tasty and convenient.

After a long day at Universal theme park we just wanted to relax with a drink and snack. We sat at a table and looked over the menu deciding on sharing a pulled pork sandwich & a drink. We waited about 10 minutes and then asked the bartender if there was table service and he said “you can wait or order from me” so we ordered. One pulled pork sandwich, fries, ice tea, and pina colada with automatic 18% tip was $45.00. We had the food in under 5 minutes but it was cold! The server asked if wanted plates, we said yes, and never saw her again, so we used paper napkins as plates. A very disappointing experience that will not repeated.

We had the Bula Coco drink (45 oz) the pork tacos which were delicious, and our kids have the pizza which was also a step above other theme park/resort food.Sydney was our poolside bar/grille server and she was phenomenal. She worked her butt off and deserved every bit of the 18 % gratuity that was added automatically and then some.Excellent experience and highly recommend!
