Very elegant restaurant with a great staff. Food was mediocre at best, but the drinks were amazing. Started with wagyu carpaccio which was almost flavorless unless you had a bite of the truffle with it. Our second app was the pasta explosion which was the best thing we tasted last night. Do yourself a favor and get it!For the main course we got the sea bass and pork chop. Seabass had a great sear but there was no seasoning whatsoever. The sauce and risotto on the plate were great though. Pork chop was over cooked, again great sear, and the flavor was ok. Potatoes were actually the best thing on the plate. After a lackluster appetizer and entree, the desert was fantastic. If you go, get the Lemon. It was absolutely delicious. All of the cocktails we had were amazing. If you’re a tequila fan, the Blossom is really, really good.

They have walk in "first come first serve" even if they say they are booked. You must order off the lounge menu though.

My wife and I have visited this restaurant for many years tonight as always was excellent. We were seated by the window to gaze upon the beautiful resort. The team of servers were extremely efficient. They were very attentive of all of our wants and did not bat an eye when we did not order alcohol and treated us great through the whole process which some times could be a rarity when not drinking. My glass was never empty couldn't ask for better service. One of our servers also brought us a complimentary mock tail which we adored. The food as always was great we ordered a tomahawk for two creamed spinach and mac and cheese. The bread selection was very good. For desert we got there signature strawberry ice cream le fraise. The food was fabulous and the staff exceptional.

We dined with them this past week as a group of 22. From everything I had read, our expectations were high. We arrived for a 7p reservation and were told we would have 4 servers for the table. It took 30-40 minutes to even get our first drinks and bread. We ordered 7 bottles of very nice wine ranging from just under $600 a bottle on down. The servers did not uncork the bottles and have our guests taste test first. They also did not decanter the wines before serving. On numerous occasions, we had to serve ourselves our own wine which sat on a table beside our dining area. We had also ordered numerous bottles of a white wine which were never delivered. The lobster bisque and oysters Rockefeller were wonderful. Many of us had filets but those that had the sea bass said it had a very fishy flavor which is not normal for sea bass. The server was told but did not do anything about it. Being a large group, there was an automatic gratuity put onto the check which was unearned, especially since the wine was a part of the tip and not deserved. Going there as a small group may be much better than a large group but I would never return to the restaurant again. After writing to the restaurant, they apologized and said they'd speak to their staff. The comment back did nothing for our poor experience.

"Exceptional dining experience at Bull and Bear Restaurant! Every bite was a journey of flavor, especially their main dishes. The Spanish Iberico Chop was a masterpiece, perfectly cooked and seasoned. The Bull and Bear Fried Chicken from Florida Farms was crispy perfection, and the Corn Soup was a delightful surprise of creamy goodness. The Lobster Bisque was rich and indulgent, leaving us wanting more. Don't miss their desserts—La Fraise was a sweet delight, and The Ring of Yuzu was a citrusy dream. Impeccable service and a menu that truly shines, making this a must-visit spot for food enthusiasts. A definite 5-star gem!"

Exceptional service and fantastic food. We would highly recommend the corn soup, the pork chop and the potato pave. We wanted to go back for the fried chicken, which we heard was amazing, but not enough time.

Exquisite atmosphere and magnificent food. Our entire service team was exemplary and dining here was truly a pleasure. Mind the upscale dress code; if you are stopping by after a day out at the Orlando attractions you may need to change beforehand. Every course is a culinary delight and the chef is truly an artist.Dietary restrictions: Inform a member of your service team of any dietary restrictions and they will guide you through the experience.Parking: We used the hotel valet. For non-hotel guests they will validate in the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Kids are allowed, however please keep in mind that they will be held to the same dress and behavioral standard as adult guests.

This place is absolutely divine. I was worried about it being a Michelin star because every Michelin star I have been to I’ve been let down, but in this case this restaurant was incredible. My husband and I dined here for our anniversary and let me tell you we were blown away. We ordered the fried chicken with mashed potatoes (which comes with foie gras gravy) which was phenomenal. I also got the lobster Mac n cheese and we tried the corn soup as well. The corn soup was so creamy and decadent! If you are considering which appetizer to order the corn soup will not let you down! Also I ordered the vanilla napoleon which was the best dessert I have ever had in my entire life, literally no exaggeration. Please please please come to bull and bear you will not be disappointed!

If you are lucky enough to get Tim as your waiter, you will have a fantastic experience. His knowledge of both the food and wine menu is amazing. It's the only time I would let the waiter pick the wine for me and recommend all courses.

We had the best experience at bull and bear. The staff was amazing, they truly made it unforgettable. Everything we ordered from the martinis to the dessert couldn't have been any better. I can't not speak highly enough of this restaurant. Best meal and service we've ever had in our lives! Thank you

This was our second time at Bull & Bear, and we would absolutely go back! The culinary team was super helpful with allergies and the service team was attentive, but never overbearing. This time around we enjoyed the wedge salads, steaks and the peanut butter chocolate cake and the seasonal macaron, which was cherry. We would also highly recommend the fried chicken. We had it during our first visit and heard patrons at other tables enjoying it during this visit. We didn't get it this time due to an allergy of one member in our party.

Tim, Gustavo, and team helped us have the most fabulous time (as usual). As always, the food was incredible and service was above and beyond. We've been coming here for years and have never been disappointed.

Waited a long time to visit and enjoy a meal and we were a little disappointed. The wedge salad was very strange, we had a long hair in our mushrooms and everything was covered in butter or oil. The Dover fish was very good but they drenched it in another butter cream sauce which I wish was left on the side. Everything was very rich and fatty, a bit too much for our diet and very 'one note'. The ribeye was also good but nothing super special or original enough to return. After the server took the mushrooms with the hair they also took my fork and left me without a fork for the remainder of the meal. Unfortunately, it wasn't what we expected, and were surprised by all the amazing reviews that it wasn't better.
