The menu curated by Chef Shirley Morehouse was exceptional! The food was amazing and blended traditional Asian flavors with an amazing Nikkei twist. Truly something special. Service was top notch (Rex was outstanding and really showcased the menu and food presentation was on point), and the ambiance just right. The ice cold Asahi washed it all down fabulously. Outstanding overall experience from the minute you walk in, the entire team was great, especially our server Adrianna. Don't pass on this restaurant located in the Signia Hotel by Hilton. In fact, all the restaurants in this hotel have been absolutely fantastic.
